“I went 30 mins prior to closing through the drive thru. I didn't wait too long and the manager was the one taking the orders. He was patient and very soft spoken. Food was delicious and you can tell they made it right there and then because the bun was nice and soft. Thank you for being one of the places open past 6pm.“

“I went to Red Robin last night and I was not impressed. It's usually rather expensive but at least the food is good. I waited a while and my burger was room temperature. I got the last of the bag fries. Just little pieces of crunchy nothings. Which I would have just eaten anyway. But the big problem was everything was salty. My burger and my fries. Salty to the point that I couldn't eat it. I just bagged it up and took it home for the dog. I didn't season it at all. I'm not sure why they would be putting so much seasoning on their food. especially salt. it's rather annoying when you're paying almost $20 for a burger and you can't eat it. I didn't complain nor ask for my money back but now I wish I would have. I usually don't have a problem with them. Today was a really bad day though.“

“Samantha G was an awesome waitress. Being in the food service industry I like to be flakey and this girl rocked it!!! She was personable and knew the menu well. We even ordered a meal to go and she had it ready on point like she knew us! I love server's that are adorable yet on point and this girl earned every once of her tip! The food was spectacular so big props to the cooks behind it! Can not wait to fo back!“

“first, the employees are awesome. the music that was playing was awesome. I had a long day, and just wanted to sit down and eat a good cheeseburger. I love burgers, but is hard to find a good place to eat burgers. it was my first time visiting 5 Guys. The gracious and beautiful lady explained in great detail the menu, how big each portion is. All employees had such a happy attitude that match the delicious food they cook, and create such a fun and great ambiance to eat! I'm going back that's for sure.“

“The food was good and reasonably priced. The service was very good too! The seating is very close quarters. I was surprised to see as many children there as I did on a Friday night. Couldn't tell if it was a bad or a family restaurant. I would suggest they add a curfew for ppl under 21, so adults can enjoy the bar there and have somewhere to sit.“

“The ladies who have been working there for at least a couple years are fantastic. The cashier today, Brittni, fits in to that same mold. They are all great and make the fast food experience enjoyable, which is often not the case at most fast food restaurants.“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“We have only ever had one issue here and it was because it was super busy so it wasnt a big deal this place is a favorite of ours we come here all the time the food is incredible and the servers were great I think my server was Amanda and she was super sweet and fun to talk to.“

“Wish they would not turn outside sign lights on if they are not open yet. Several times I would stop in for breakfast cause the lights was on, normally indicating they was open and then pull up in the drive through and the recording saying we are closed..“
