“I had the garlic and Parma steak and shrimp add extra shrimp ordered med and the steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked shrimp was great veggies had a great flavor and very very tender mash taters are always great sweat tea very good as well thanks ill be back again when in the area“

“I went to Red Robin last night and I was not impressed. It's usually rather expensive but at least the food is good. I waited a while and my burger was room temperature. I got the last of the bag fries. Just little pieces of crunchy nothings. Which I would have just eaten anyway. But the big problem was everything was salty. My burger and my fries. Salty to the point that I couldn't eat it. I just bagged it up and took it home for the dog. I didn't season it at all. I'm not sure why they would be putting so much seasoning on their food. especially salt. it's rather annoying when you're paying almost $20 for a burger and you can't eat it. I didn't complain nor ask for my money back but now I wish I would have. I usually don't have a problem with them. Today was a really bad day though.“

“Carter, Jermaine, and Ava are top tier employees here. Taught me about collinsville with me being a chicago native, and helped me pick out my food with me not being at this restaurant before. If you come here, order from ava and jermaine, and make sure carter makes your food. Im eating as im typing this by the way.“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“first, the employees are awesome. the music that was playing was awesome. I had a long day, and just wanted to sit down and eat a good cheeseburger. I love burgers, but is hard to find a good place to eat burgers. it was my first time visiting 5 Guys. The gracious and beautiful lady explained in great detail the menu, how big each portion is. All employees had such a happy attitude that match the delicious food they cook, and create such a fun and great ambiance to eat! I'm going back that's for sure.“

“Never been to Culver's, but we'll definitely be back. The food was fresh, tasted great, your team was very pleasant and the place was clean. This Culver's is one of the nicest fast casual places I've been in for a long time. The tables were clean, clean soda machine and plenty of condiments, and the floors looked good too. Had the deluxe value basket and they have some of the best crinkle cut fries around.“

“Loved it! One of the best bbq spots I've been to out here in IL so far! Ordered the smoked sausage, pulled pork, and chicken tenders, and eveyrhting came out so tender and flavorful. Sides were great as well! I would say the Mac and green beans are definitely worth it!“

“He health of every organization begins at the top. This Hardees restaurant is clearly being led by someone who cares. I met the GM today. She was kind, courteous, and very caring toward the customers. The dining area is exceptionally clean. It's a pleasure coming in here. I highly recommend this Hardee's store.“

“Amazing service!!! We were missing items from our order and one of our kids never got their meal. Our server had an emergency and never showed back up. However another waiter stepped in and corrected everything right away. The owner came out and shook our hands and completely covered our bill. Jose is the best waiter they have!! Amazing!!“

“The service was dry to me. The young man (key) who was the server. He was trying to write order down I guess he remembered everything. When the food start coming the manager brought our salads look like he didn't want to be at work. Then when one my friend sandwich came he sent it back it was not well done the waitress that brought it to him took it back to the kitchen and was then once we
were about to pay the bill. He advised
(Key) about it after he paid the bill. I feel that he should had made time to see if he had all of food. So he went back to the kitchen to see what happen that's when he had the sandwich. I hope that the next time I come there, I hope the service is much better. The other thing I didn't like was one of the waitress was vacuum the rug while guest was eating. I understand they trying to the place clean but it's not nice to do that while guests are their food.“

“We are heading to St. Louis from Western Kentucky and we stopped here to have some biscuits and gravy. The food was good but Antoine and Monty made our day. “It was my first time ordering food at this location and oh my lord the staff members were so incredibly friendly. We visited today after a bit of Black Friday shopping, ordered our food in the lobby and dined in. We walked in to a full lobby and a smiling cashier that was laughing and joking around with the customer in front of us while we decided what to order. I ordered the baconator combo, which I wished came with more sauce on it but I just grabbed some ketchup from the lobby. I definitely recommend the vanilla rootbeer, it was incredibly delicious and the fries were nice and fresh, and well salted. Another staff member was diligently making sure their tables were clean for customers to accommodate the busy day. Great team members, great service and great food.“
