Good food, not the best customer service. Not sure there was a manager or shift leader there when we visited because service was unusually slow. Employees were more concerned with socializing. Order was also incorrect when we finally received it but at that point, we were ready to go. We didn't bother to have them fix it. Will not return to that location.
The food was great when it first opened, but both the food and the service have gone downhill since then. It wasn't busy the last time I was there, but it took much longer to get the order than it should and then it was overly greasy and over cooked. I was impressed by the Freddie's in Shiloh, so I was glad to see them open one much closer to my home. Not impressed with this one.

My goodness the frozen custard (concrete) was good.. but the drive thru was seriously slow. Don't know what was going on, but 20 minutes to get the food delivery window. Then 3-5 more minutes at window waiting on small concrete.
