“I went to Red Robin last night and I was not impressed. It's usually rather expensive but at least the food is good. I waited a while and my burger was room temperature. I got the last of the bag fries. Just little pieces of crunchy nothings. Which I would have just eaten anyway. But the big problem was everything was salty. My burger and my fries. Salty to the point that I couldn't eat it. I just bagged it up and took it home for the dog. I didn't season it at all. I'm not sure why they would be putting so much seasoning on their food. especially salt. it's rather annoying when you're paying almost $20 for a burger and you can't eat it. I didn't complain nor ask for my money back but now I wish I would have. I usually don't have a problem with them. Today was a really bad day though.“

“I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. “Our family just had an amazing restaurant experience at Red Robin in Edwardsville! Our son has Down syndrome and being in public places causes him a lot of anxiety. We haven’t been to a restaurant as a family in many years because the stress for him and everyone around him was just too much. On arrival the hostess was so accommodating! She let my husband look at the table options to see what would work best for our son. She worried about skipping over us on the wait list even though we were clear that we were totally fine with waiting for the table that worked best. The manager asked a server to take on an extra table so that we wouldn’t have to wait longer. Our server, Mason, was so kind to take on an extra table for us. Mason is an excellent server. He was very friendly with our boys, kept our drinks full, and brought our food and drinks very quickly. Our meals were delivered quick and delicious. Thank you Red Robin for giving us an awesome experience!“

“Went to watch Karaoke and sat at the bar. The bartenders were extremely busy but took great care of us. We had a party of 3 and ordered drinks and food. The food was excellent (pulled pork and two different wraps). The total price, including a $20 tip was $80. It definitely beats any fast food and most sit down restaurants. Will be going back.“

“We just went for the first time tonight & hate we’ve missed out on going sooner! We are from Southern Indiana & it’s going to be hard to find anything to compare at home! Greg, Louis, and Eddie who were working the smoker when we left were so nice, told us all the ins and outs of the place, and truly take pride in their work. “OMG the burgers were amazing... My hubby was craving a blue cheese burger and we decided to try them out. At first we were gonna leave because we didn't see the kinda burgers on the menu we wanted, but the waiter stopped us and said he can make it any way you want it.. So we stayed, He was right, them burgers came out juice, fresh and the grilled taste was amazing. Our waffles fries were a little overcooked, but the wonderful chez soften them up. Please try them, you will love them ask them to cook your waffle fries a little soft, and you will love love love them.. I gave the atmosphere a 2 star not because the inside wasn't comfy, it was nice clean and friendly, but OMG there was heavy metal music over the loud speaker.. I'm talking about bang your head music. Now I'm an R&B girl, but don't mind a little different genre every once in a while, but that music was debilitating. When you sit down to eat, you want some feel good tunes, and that was not it... I did love EAT Crow try their burgers.. they wont disappoint..“

“Different from when I remembered steak and shake back in the day. Order at the kiosk and wait for them to bring you food. Wasn't crowded and food came quick. It was hot and fresh and the shake was big and delicious! We will definitely be back!!“

“I've been to the steak 'n shake numerous times and I've always had a pretty good service but the service that I had Thursday was outstanding in the afternoon the guy came to us and asked us of our food was hot enough and if there was enough french fries in the plates I had a bowl of chili with onions and he asked me if it was hot enough and make sure I want to crackers and came back and asked us if we were okay again afterwards just steak n shake does not take your order at the table and he made sure to take care of us I don't know who he was he was an older gentleman kind of balls I think he was the manager but excellent service and yes I will be back again“

“The only thing that disappoints about this place is they close early. The food is excellent, large portions for a small price and friendly people. I ordered the gyro and I got the soup with it. I expected a smaller bowl since it was not the main dish, but the bowl was a meal by itself. The gyro was delicious and they had real tzatziki sauce (cucumber sauce).“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“Attended a brunch with 8 of my friends, today, and our waiters name was Mike. First of all, he was wonderful. He was attentive, quick, and just all in all a delightful server.

Food was quite good and we had a great time.

My only complaint is the 3% Credit Card fee. It's not my responsibility to pay for what is considered a standard cost of running a business.“

Our server was cheerful and attentive the entire time, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. And considering Colleen seemed to be the only one on duty at the time, that made her even more impressive!
My steak was cooked to a perfect medium, the mashed potatoes were some of the best I've had in some time, and all in all if you can't tell I really enjoyed this.

Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. The general manager made sure to share with the other employees how wonderful of a job they did. The food was very good but it's the employees that made it a wonderful place to eat.“
