Thick and beautiful! The girl that took my order could smile a little. But she got my order perfect so I’ll deal with that.“

“I always go through the drive thru to place and pick up my orders. I wouldn't know what the atmosphere would be like in the inside of this McDonald location. They are efficient and pleasant. You do not have to wait for your food for long.“

“I went to Red Robin last night and I was not impressed. It's usually rather expensive but at least the food is good. I waited a while and my burger was room temperature. I got the last of the bag fries. Just little pieces of crunchy nothings. Which I would have just eaten anyway. But the big problem was everything was salty. My burger and my fries. Salty to the point that I couldn't eat it. I just bagged it up and took it home for the dog. I didn't season it at all. I'm not sure why they would be putting so much seasoning on their food. especially salt. it's rather annoying when you're paying almost $20 for a burger and you can't eat it. I didn't complain nor ask for my money back but now I wish I would have. I usually don't have a problem with them. Today was a really bad day though.“

“I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURGERS 2 DRINKS AND 1 FRY AND THE PLAIN CHEESEBURGWR HAD ONIONS ON IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO. NEEDLESS TI SAY NO ONE ATE THEIR MEAL WE ORDERED ELSE WHERE AND I SUGGEST SKIPPING PAST THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH THE TIME IR MONEY WASTED.“

Greg, Louis, and Eddie who were working the smoker when we left were so nice, told us all the ins and outs of the place, and truly take pride in their work. “OMG the burgers were amazing... My hubby was craving a blue cheese burger and we decided to try them out. At first we were gonna leave because we didn't see the kinda burgers on the menu we wanted, but the waiter stopped us and said he can make it any way you want it.. So we stayed, He was right, them burgers came out juice, fresh and the grilled taste was amazing. Our waffles fries were a little overcooked, but the wonderful chez soften them up. Please try them, you will love them ask them to cook your waffle fries a little soft, and you will love love love them.. I gave the atmosphere a 2 star not because the inside wasn't comfy, it was nice clean and friendly, but OMG there was heavy metal music over the loud speaker.. I'm talking about bang your head music. Now I'm an R&B girl, but don't mind a little different genre every once in a while, but that music was debilitating. When you sit down to eat, you want some feel good tunes, and that was not it... I did love EAT Crow try their burgers.. they wont disappoint..“

“Parking lot on both sides of the building, but only enter building from one parking lot. Weekdays, only the bar side is open for seating. There's a 2nd room for seating on weekends. We left after dark, and the doorway leading to the parking lot is double door without lighting. If someone struggles walking, there's limited room, and limited handrail assistance.“

“Our family just had an amazing restaurant experience at Red Robin in Edwardsville! Our son has Down syndrome and being in public places causes him a lot of anxiety. We haven’t been to a restaurant as a family in many years because the stress for him and everyone around him was just too much. On arrival the hostess was so accommodating! She let my husband look at the table options to see what would work best for our son. She worried about skipping over us on the wait list even though we were clear that we were totally fine with waiting for the table that worked best. The manager asked a server to take on an extra table so that we wouldn’t have to wait longer. Our server, Mason, was so kind to take on an extra table for us. Mason is an excellent server. He was very friendly with our boys, kept our drinks full, and brought our food and drinks very quickly. Our meals were delivered quick and delicious. Thank you Red Robin for giving us an awesome experience!“

“When we've been there the service is always good and the staff friendly. The food is good. I especially like their grilled chicken club with fries. Their frozen custard is pretty good but I really enjoyed their banana shake. They have a good mix of Dr Pepper on the soda fountain most of the time.“

“Great spot! I wanted Mom’s Chicken Salad sandwich but it was already sold out by the time I arrived around 12:30. Tells you it’s just that good!

I got a classic 8 inch turkey sub. The bread was perfectly toasted, warm and still soft. The side of potato salad may be $3.99 but it can feed 3! It was perfectly cold and tasty. It’s a mustardy tangy potato salad and it was great.

I think the value and the atmosphere and that St Louis can have these kinds of local sandwich shops is great!“

“Great food. Clearly, this is where the locals go! Wonderful Liver and sauteed Onions. The liver was soft, not grisly. Perfectly seasoned with crispy edges. My family doesn't eat Liver, so this will be my spot next time I need a fix. My complements to the chef, it was perfectly executed“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! “We stopped on our way from WI to TX to see what all the fuss was about. A butter burger sounded mouth-wateringly delicious. Honestly, it was just a burger, but the crinkle fries were hot and crisp and salty, and the cheese curds were zesty and fresh. And I got a mini flavor of the day frozen custard, b/c apparently frozen custard is a big deal up here, and when in Rome… anyway it was scrumptious and I wanted to lick the cup clean.

Best part of this place was friendliness of staff. After being in Wisconsin and Chicago, it was nice to finally be in an area where people are nice and actually respond to you when you say something! Big difference between northern and southern Illinois. We felt like we were getting closer to home (Texas).“

“We were greeted by the general manager and the other workers chimed in as well with a hello. Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. The general manager made sure to share with the other employees how wonderful of a job they did. The food was very good but it's the employees that made it a wonderful place to eat.“

“Came in for lunch and was seated right away. Everything looked clean waitresses were right there to take drink orders and brought us menus. We ordered the 2 for 25. 1 appetizer and two entrees. Food was delicious,hot and out very fast. Service was excellent,would definitely eat here again“

Drinks never went empty always was making sure we had what we need. My wings came out with bbq on them instead of on the side and she walked over quickly and told the food runner / other waitress that they were not right before they even got placed on the table! “Don’t let the empty parking lot make you think they are not open. The Drive-thru is open and the young woman at the window was extra nice. She welcomed us with a friendly smile and made our shakes with care. All 4 of our sandwiches were made just as we ordered. Highly recommend!“

The fries out of all the food, was the only less pleasant food. It tasted oddly chemically and bitter. The lone star burger was much better with a soft bun, nice hamburger meat, and crunchy lettuce.
