“When we've been there the service is always good and the staff friendly. The food is good. I especially like their grilled chicken club with fries. Their frozen custard is pretty good but I really enjoyed their banana shake. They have a good mix of Dr Pepper on the soda fountain most of the time.“

Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. The general manager made sure to share with the other employees how wonderful of a job they did. The food was very good but it's the employees that made it a wonderful place to eat.“

“I had such great raves for a young man that worked at this store on August 2nd I have to share. I was traveling 64 on August 1st getting sleepy n hungry about 4pm I pulled off grabbed a fav of mine mushroom Swiss it was ok as usual but full n happy I went to get through St Louis before resting for night. Got about an hour away found a truckstop n rested. To my dismay waking about 4 am I wanted to get gas and tea in truckstop but searching for my wallet frantically it was nowhere to be found. I always stop retrace where was last use of my wallet n bam Hardee's. After Google gave me closest ones 2 calls is all it took great lady at 1st call told me they, Hardees, weren't off 64 but gave me # of or it might been just street name of the one that was. And yep Christian answered the call even before opening he searched the safe but no then I told him where I went in restaurant bathroom n booth. Now it might say a little bad about cleaners in the restaurant but bam there it was still sitting where I was the night before. “It was my first time trying White Castle after hearing so much about it. Im from the South and Krystals is our White Castle. Traveling up North and trying the White Castle here, I was impressed and will definitely stop in when traveling. It was fresh and good.“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“I pulled into the drive-thru at this Arby's location for a quick, hearty meal while out on the highway. The service was impressively fast, and the employee taking my order was incredibly cheerful and polite. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich and a side of curly fries, and both arrived hot and fresh the beef was sliced thin and piled high, and the fries had that perfect, seasoned crunch. The only slight drawback was that they forgot to toss a few extra Arby's sauce packets into the bag, but the food itself was spot on for a quick and satisfying roadside lunch.“

This location was very attentive when my wife said the could not have the dairy or glutton. The offered to change their gloves and clean off the equipment that would have come into contact with other allergens. This left an impression with my wife.“

“I clicked yes to recommending Cane's, but I wouldn't recommend an experience like I had today at this location. If I get out of my car and go inside to dine, I don't want my food served in styrofoam containers shoved in a plastic bag and handed to me. In addition, the French fries are typically a tad saltier than most other places, which is OK, but today they resembled candied orange slices they were so COVERED with salt. Not a stellar experience today. 😩“

Not a huge detail, just a little scattered and not real busy. Place is tiny and parking lot is right, hence the 3 for atmosphere. Layout is weird and hard for people to que up and order.“

I think we waited up to 25 minutes and we were only 4th in line at the time. Prices are reasonable and you get good value for your buck. “I've been to this location a handful of times and have had a great experience with the food and service every time but the wait time could be improved on. Each time I've visited it always seems to take twice as long as you would anticipate.

With that being said though, it has always been worth the wait because the food and service from the employees has been well above my expectations. The employees are super friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Definitely recommend this location.“

Update on 5/4/26 - I literally purchase sandwiches at least 2-3 times a week if not 4. Same thing, Number 8, Sub Club Mike's Way with pickles. This location is closer to me than others but they are not consistent. This time the cheese and meat were cut so thin, I couldn't taste the cheese and the meat was lost amongst the bread and vegetables. At $12 a sandwich, this is disappointing yet again.

3/25/26 I purchase sandwiches from this shop almost weekly. Today, I received the most disappointing service. The guy with the red beard and hair made like I annoyed him because I didn’t want my Mike’s Hot Italian to be heated. He said you don’t want that then, you want the regular. I said no because I want the meats and everything I just don’t want it heated because I drive 25 minutes there and back home. He throws my sandwich together by the grill where I couldn’t see. Something told me to check my food before leaving. He didn’t add the pickles, onions, or mayo but gave me wilted lettuce and soft tomatoes. He threw the pickles on, I received a side cup of onions and mayo packets. Didn’t bother to cut my sandwich either. I felt disappointed and dismissed while others after me were treated pleasantly. I’ll spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere!“
