We had a lovely little chat about the menu and I ordered a bunch of food at a reasonable price. It was a cold day, so it really hit the spot. It was comfort food on the same day I had to take a test. “Purchased a cake for my fiance a few weeks ago. However, something happened and my order was lost. A woman who I assumed is a manager replaced the cake in under 10 minutes and was super kind to us. My fiance while waiting ordered a chicken tender basket that he said was amazing. Amazing customer service.“

“I've been to this location a handful of times and have had a great experience with the food and service every time but the wait time could be improved on. Each time I've visited it always seems to take twice as long as you would anticipate.

With that being said though, it has always been worth the wait because the food and service from the employees has been well above my expectations. The employees are super friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Definitely recommend this location.“

“Took my grandma to lunch there today. She just turned 99 on Christmas and one of the workers caught wind. Well, the staff came out with a beautiful ice cream sundae and sang her happy birthday. It was the sweetest thing and completely made her day!“

“I visit a couple of times a week as my business is close to the shop.
There are not a lot of choices for lunch in the area and I like visiting them for lunch break.
The sandwich makers are great people. They always help me with selections and are very easy to talk to. They are often busy during the lunch hour but work to ensure everybody gets good service. My favorites and go to are the BMT and the Meatball.

I have some of my best memories here from both childhood with family and friendships with friends I grew up on Ellen Wood and Ridgewood so ya. “I gave them a picture of a macaw dressed as a pirate for a birthday cake and asked for yellow and red borders. And I put in the notes that it was for a Hawaiian pirates themed birthday party. The absolute hero of a decorator ran with our idea. They put palm trees, a pirate map, beautiful colorful flowers and made sand out of graham cracker crumbs!!! They could’ve done the bare minimum but they went above and beyond and knocked it out of the park. This cake was a masterpiece and the decorator deserves a raise! Thank you so very much!“

“My mother called to place a large order fot a babyshower and a man(sounded Caucasian) was very rude and hung up on. I called back after learning of this and asked for a manager. He said he was the manager, I then asked for OWNER he asked what did I want. I explained to him what he had just did..He said sure did and hung up on me. These people are very unprofessional and rude but want OUR dollars!!“

“I absolutely love St Louis fish... The staff was very friendly.. even though I witnessed some customers very rude behavior towards them..I absolutely love the jack fillet with fries and any sauce you'd like.. you'll get plenty of food for a decent price.. would have given it 5⭐'s but I wasn't too pleased with the fried chicken ?.. overall I am pleased with the service.. will continue to eat there and would definitely recommend ..

“Good place to eat, order occasionally. It’s frustrating they refuse to deliver to Hartford yet the deliver to south roxana. Then they say it was changed where they will deliver to Hartford if I call. I then called to order on March 14th and was told they aren’t supposed to and the manager said they’ve been doing against the bosses wishes the whole time. Make up your minds. Especially when Pizza Hut is my go to for pizza and I have to get out every time I want some. I don’t have a car at the moment to just get up and go.“

“I order carryout most times via the mobile app. The online/app specials make it worth while. So far, every time I've come in everyone is very friendly and attentive. The pizza has been made properly, it's fresh (I look at the tracker and arrive on time) & delicious!“
