we went tonight ,horrible service and the restaurant was so filthy.. told a manager she didn't even care... the play place is filthy and needs a deep cleaning, the bathrooms were horrible!!! ....the drink area was so dirty 😩 I had to wipe everything down..the owners need to hire someone too deep clean....I didn't even want to stay w my grandbabies..but they were extremely excited about playing ...
Food was very fresh and hot! Have not had that experience in a long time until today.

McDonald's is a restaurant that consistently provides good customer service. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even with special requests. The menu items, such as the steak egg and cheese bagel, Triple Cheeseburger, and fries, are flavorful and satisfying. The restaurant offers deals and promotions, like a $2.00 off hot mocha deal, which adds value to the meal. However, there are concerns about food quality, as some customers have reported issues, such as heavily peppered gravy that barely covered the biscuit and was inedible. Additionally, there have been complaints about order accuracy, with customers receiving incorrect items and experiencing long waits for their food, even after placing online orders. While the staff works efficiently, the atmosphere has been described as less welcoming at times due to employees being inattentive. Overall, McDonald's aims to provide a pleasant dining experience at an affordable price, but improvements are needed in service and order fulfillment.
