“We come here once a month & have always had great food & service. Today we had a horrendous experience with an employee! My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. His response was, "What do you want me to do about it, I'm not the cook!!!!" We then asked him his name & for the manager, but he refused to give us his name or the manager. He proceeded to "mother f***" us even. Then starts in on another customer. I could not believe he treated us that way! He wouldn't give us his name so I took a photo of him. Completely disrespectful & Canes needs to get rid of any employee that treats their customers like that when the customer has a valid complaint like we did. We did call corporate so they will be looking into it. Shame on that kid!!!!“

The dogs are the star of the show. Chicago style and others. Really good hot dogs. The best I've found in STL.

However, don't discount the burgers and Italian beef. The burgers are smash style, and done very well. Classic fast food style, but done very well.

The Italian beef I can't really judge. Its a new sandwich to me, so I can only compare 5-6 other places. Its legitimately very good to me, and I occasionally get it over a dog or burger.

Fries are good, but not amazing.

They have cherry coke, which is relatively unusual and appreciated.“

“I visited Lions Choice today and was very happy I did. I had not been in awhile because there is not one close to home. But out doing errands I spied Lions Choice and knew that's what I had to have. I had the new Lions Choice REMIX sandwich- roast beef, Swiss, aioli sauce on texas toast. It's an excellent sandwich. Service was great. Location was clean and well managed. I would definitely come again and enjoy another REMIX.“

“The young ladies in the Drive-Thru for very professional and polite and mannerable you do not get that nowadays in fast food I appreciate that so much even the fact that you be shocked when you get good customer service in North County because it is very rare. And even more rare when they say thank you have a nice day and not just close the window on you after you spend $50 on chicken fingers and fries they did not do that those young ladies are very professional and I do believe that they should deserve a race when it's time for them to get theirs give them their races fast food workers need the utmost praise because they deal with a lot of mess that they do not have to deal with and on top of that they are being polite give people their props when the props are due.“

“I arrived at White Castle at 3am in the morning.I just left the hospital as a patient.I was hungry I placed an order and the cashier was very nice I didn't have to ask for any condiments they were already placed inside my bag. She greeted me with a smile I was so impressed because she was so nice at 3am .I wish I could have given her a tip.....A smile goes a long way.

Parking: Plenty of space for parking

Kid-friendliness: They offer a variety of items on the menu to choose from.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a few handicap parking spot and they have a huge window that allows the cashier to open and walk through to hand the customer their food......“

“Came in exspecting hot just fine on some chicken fish gyros salad with the Chicago flavor maybe,since I am from Chicago,not only did Malik and family match the Chicago flavor swag.they made me feel like a family member coming over to have a family meal. “Went there for dinner. I ordered the chicken tender deal. It was only $7, 3 chicken tenders, fries, soda, sundae. You don't get a whole meal like this anymore with price of fast food going up. And you don't have to cook it. Run don't walk to Dairy Queen . You won't be disappointed. Very, very good. Plus the customer service was terrific. Differently recommend it.“

“We ordered the gyros. They were awesome. They did a great job and did not skimp on the tzatziki sauce. We ordered it without onion and they remembered to leave off the onion. The fries were seasoned curly fries. They were good. We had a coke as a drink and no issues there either. They made the food and got us through the drive thru quickly. “Typically, if I have a choice, this isn't my preferred Arby's. And in this area it isn't usually my preferred restaurant, but it's the only thing around that my grandpa will eat ? On top of that, this is an inconvenient location compared to everything else available around here; it's the only restaurant at this intersection. And the intersection is at a light, so if you're getting ONTO the interstate, it's a pretty inconvenient stop. (left turn in, left turn out)

Also, this location is VERYYYYY hit or miss. I swear every other visit there's something wrong. "Our milkshake machine's down right now." Ugh. And forget it if you're going to make it there within the last half hour that they're open. I've legitimately sat at that drive-thru with DECENT time to spare, and just never been served. And CLEARLY you know there's someone inside deliberately ignoring you. I deada$$ ONLY WANTED A SHAKE, too! (Jamocha shake is my fave!)

But, Mickey D's closes at like the same time, and heaven forbid you want anything from the McCafe in the last hour of operation at THAT place. So I stopped here, cuz my "regular" Arby's is roughly 25 minutes away, and I DEFINITELY wasn't making that one before close. I was so mad ?

But yea, location is usually dead, you can tell that the help here just really don't care, but the food's good (as in, you always know what to expect, and I've never gotten sick from anything here, so that's a plus in my book)“
