I was not able to dine in due to the lobby being closed, so there was no rating on the atmosphere. It had been over ten years since I last had White Castles. I truly enjoyed my meal, as well as my interaction with the staff. I made a couple of special requests on the preparation of my food, and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating about the order. If I am ever back in town, I'd go back there again.
Drive thru screen has been broken for years, half the time they can't hear you even when yelling, DO NOT order from UberEats or DoorDash here. 4 different times we tried and had half or more of order missing.

Angel was amazing. I haven’t had white castles in a while since moving from Chicago to Springfield and to have her service was 5 star rating. She’s an amazing and professional woman with excellent customer service.
