“I’m not sure if there’s a new manager here but man the last order I had on 3/7/26 was the BEST I’ve had in a minute. The guy spoke to us at the window, polite, asked if we want extra sauces etc, and packaged the bag twice with my fries in their own bag! And let’s point out that the nacho fries were actually decent this time. My standards dropped and my business was less but now the food is hella good again.“

“Giving five stars because the sandwiches are great. We live nearby and come often so I am really hoping the service improves - it is so painfully slow. You would think the guy assembling sandwiches is performing brain surgery, so delicately and slowly placing one sliced onion on the sandwich one at a time. There are several new reviews with the same sentiment. There are no responses to the reviews. It’s not looking good and I really hope things improve.“

“This particular Sonic needs a little help. The cloation looks older. If your order is a little different, make sure to check it. For example, I was given a breakfast burrito with no eggs (and I didn't ask for that). They are often very slow to attend the intercom - sometimes so slow to say anything (5+ minutes) that people think it must be broken. All this said I will still continue to go here because the location is super convenient for me and I generally love Sonic's offerings.“
