“Somehow, despite living < 3 miles away for the last ~30 years, and then seeing a chiro < 400 yds away, I'd never stopped in until about a year ago, and man am I salty I could've been eaten here for YEARS and missed it.

The Food - I'm not sure what you're expecting but if its fresh made and repeatably good hot dogs, burgers, sandwiches and fries at fast food prices, then quit reading and just go now. It's not gonna change how you look at food but you'll be happy every time.

The staff - As good as the food is, the staff is probably better. When I go (Saturdays) theres normally a pair of guys I see regularly working the window and grilling. Frankly they could tell me they have a band and this is thier side hustle and I'd believe it, and go catch a show. But damn if they aren't two of the nicest people I've encountered any retail establishment, let alone a service one. Like legitimately pleasant interactions, which in the current day in age is pretty rare.

All that to say, if you aren't going here, you should be. It's exactly what a throw back should be. You won't be disappointed.“

When it came to my actual order Arthur in the drive through took it quickly but was always kind and didn’t mess anything up which was a previous problem we had here. “Big shout out to this Chik-Fil-A team. Everyone was exceedingly kind and helpful. We had an issue where the app bugged out submitting our order and Donna was able to help us out (perhaps something for corporate to look into- it tries to track your location instead of just submitting your order and then it got mad because it had a competing screen where it was trying to get you to agree to something so instead of tracking our order it ate it). The order meant a surprising amount to my husband so he was greatly relieved when they were able to fulfill it despite challenges.
I also saw them helping people by retrieving high chairs for parents, the children’s play area was a great success with our 2yo and the entire place had a lovely, welcoming vibe.

“I've been to Chuck's Hot Chicken a few times, and people kept telling me I needed to try Dave's Hot Chicken. I'm glad I finally did because it definitely lived up to the hype. I ordered the 10-piece chicken bites with seasoned fries and a fountain drink. I wasn't in the mood for anything too spicy, so I went with the mild, and the flavor was on point. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the seasoned fries were just as good. Even though the place was busy, I ordered at the kiosk and had my food in about 10 minutes. I'll definitely be back soon. Honestly, I might even end up coming back this weekend 😂“

“We come here once a month & have always had great food & service. Today we had a horrendous experience with an employee! My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. His response was, "What do you want me to do about it, I'm not the cook!!!!" We then asked him his name & for the manager, but he refused to give us his name or the manager. He proceeded to "mother f***" us even. Then starts in on another customer. I could not believe he treated us that way! He wouldn't give us his name so I took a photo of him. Completely disrespectful & Canes needs to get rid of any employee that treats their customers like that when the customer has a valid complaint like we did. We did call corporate so they will be looking into it. Shame on that kid!!!!“

“The customer service, attention to details, and food that I received from the black taller young lady, the younger shorter young lady, and one of the cooks is top tier! These three went above and beyond and were extremely kind, patient, and professional (I am somewhat picky). The young black gentleman with braids needs some lessons in customer service as he comes across as rude every time - this was my third interaction with him. Because of the other three, I will return because the food has been consistently fresh. Thank you!“

They think their own sause is so good they don't carry ranch...or pickles. But if you want some chicken strips, toast, and/or fires their is no better place around!

“Saturday night. The three guys tonight were working they're tails off with the drive thru queued onto the highway but still served us in the restaurant with a smile and patience. In town from London, England with my wife and friends from St Louis. My first ever White Castle. I'd heard good things having seen it in TV in UK and wasn't disappointed. The customer service here is definitely on point, as they will take your order in a timely fashion and the food is always fresh and hot along with tasting juuuuust right! The dining room is very clean and well kept, as any restaurant should be. The restrooms were 90% right, as zip could use a bit of freshening up, but I have no complaints. I'm sure as soon as the employees have time it will be done, because they stay really busy near downtown and the Busch stadium location here. Go Cardinals! My bacon cheese sliders, large (44 ounces!) chocolate milkshakes, mozzarella cheese sticks, and breakfast sliders were always absolutely perfect as far as the menu and fresh fast food guidelines state.
