“I wish I could put more stars for the service! There is two other Burger King's closer to where I work than this one, but I prefer to drive a little further for the service and food quality they provide. But today they went above and beyond. Because the other locations are closer it always wants me to do my carryout orders there and I have to change the location. I believe it was a glitch in the app but my order went to the wrong location. It was definitely more my fault than it was that locations fault. She read the order off my phone and they had it made in minutes and I didn't have to drive all the way to the other location to pick up cold food! Much appreciated!

“I ordered the chicken bacon sandwich with tomatoes, provolone cheese, tikka masala sauce, crispy onions, banana peppers and salt and pepper with a side of sun chips and a Coke. 15 dollars! It was a quick, cheap lunch with friendly, fast service and the owner is so sweet! The atmosphere is perfect for students with ambient music and plenty of seating. It’s very quiet and peaceful, and they seem to have student discounts! If you’re a student, try it out. Otherwise I will be back!“

“You might want to order ahead but the food is good and FRESH. I never had anything from there till last month. The Woofie Burger was great the Fire polish is great...I highly recommend. I ordered the woofie burger and frie and medium drink and a fire dog for $20..... I dont think its an eat in restaurant but its worth it“

“We come here once a month & have always had great food & service. Today we had a horrendous experience with an employee! My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. His response was, "What do you want me to do about it, I'm not the cook!!!!" We then asked him his name & for the manager, but he refused to give us his name or the manager. He proceeded to "mother f***" us even. Then starts in on another customer. I could not believe he treated us that way! He wouldn't give us his name so I took a photo of him. Completely disrespectful & Canes needs to get rid of any employee that treats their customers like that when the customer has a valid complaint like we did. We did call corporate so they will be looking into it. Shame on that kid!!!!“

“Came in exspecting hot just fine on some chicken fish gyros salad with the Chicago flavor maybe,since I am from Chicago,not only did Malik and family match the Chicago flavor swag.they made me feel like a family member coming over to have a family meal. “Could tell drive through lady was just having an off night we were there pretty late though so it is kinda to be expected she remained very friendly and professional she did messy up the order but tried over and over to correct it we assured and the manager that was standing close by it was not a big deal she had simply for got to ring in some milk shakes we assured them we could just come back through the drive through and order them when we was ready to eat them maybe 5 or 10 minutes later a knock on the window and it was the manger with two complimentary shakes the kind we had tried to order earlier and never received we gave them a tip and was very appreciative of the shakes (I don't diner at Lions Choice but it was a great experience“

“The customer service, attention to details, and food that I received from the black taller young lady, the younger shorter young lady, and one of the cooks is top tier! These three went above and beyond and were extremely kind, patient, and professional (I am somewhat picky). The young black gentleman with braids needs some lessons in customer service as he comes across as rude every time - this was my third interaction with him. Because of the other three, I will return because the food has been consistently fresh. Thank you!“

“I haven't been to a White Castle in years, since they aren't where I live now, and had a craving. So while I was passing through I stopped at this location and had a great experience.

They were busy for lunch but the team was friendly and crushing it. Kindly apologizing for the small wait time even while being the only one on the grill. And the food was hot, fresh and excellent! It was exactly what I had hoped. If management sees this, give this team some props!“

“I don't have an opinion on recommending them or not BUT first time trying them today. wanted to order one of each special box. the white box with fries and chicken comes with a ton of ketchup and hot sauce on it. I asked if I would have the box without the ketchup and hot sauce. The lady responded with a quick no. she wasn't that friendly at all and just blah really. I didn't get why I couldn't get the 3 wings and fries in the box without stuff on it. she def wasn't welcoming at all. So I got two burger boxes a nd a fish. wanted more but the lady customer service almost made me not want to buy anything at all. The burger was okay, fries where fresh and hot, fish was okay. Main issue def is the customer service. There was alot of confusion with customers and alot of orders not fully done correct. miscommunication. yes they don't really answer their phone frl at all. Called twice before going and got nothing. Just had a couple questions. one and done for me. least I got a chance to try it.“

“I noticed this location one day heading to mall. My husband enjoys hot chicken so i told him there was one closer than Chesterfield. We came here on a Saturday evening. They weren't busy or crowded. We were able to place our order right away. We waited about 10 minutes for our order to be completed.

The food was hot, fresh, and had the right amount of spice. I ordered the #3, which came with one tender,one chicken sandwich, and fries. I opted to go hot. The spice was there but no to over powering on the chicken tender. The sandwich for some reason was hotter than expected. The fries were cooked perfectly, and the pickles are always so delicious.

There's plenty of seating inside, very clean, and staff was very friendly and ensured all the orders were correct!“

“Stopped by for dinner while out of town for a work trip. I walked over from our hotel, ordered, and walked the food back. Happily sat down to enjoy dinner with my wife only to find that her bunless burger was missing the beef! They remade it for me after I walked back. The food tasted great, but what a frustrating experience!“

These guys actually care about their customere and actually gotten great food with tremendous customer service.

“My burgers were pretty fresh and delicious 😋
I had cheese sliders and mozzarella cheese and orange HiC. The service was slow but cool. The value for my money was alright. The atmosphere is int very busy. Thank you White Castle for my lunch.“

“I went to SA DQ just now. I was wanting $7 meal deal, which I've been seeing with multiple selections all 2 patty burgers. I got 1 patty. The menu board only showed 1 & girl said that's all there was - crispy onion. Then why are there others advertised? Anyway, I got burger w/lett, tom, must & ketchup. NO cheese, but I got cheese I didn't want. I was charged extra for lettuce & tomato. Most places chg you the difference of the drink & a shake. I was charged $3.99 for sm shake.. clearly not the difference. My $7 meal went to $12. Total ripoff!“

“This store is great. Never any issues and unlike other fast food places the food comes out fast and hot, and the store is clean. It's always nice to see Quawnez at the register. He treats customers like he wants to be treated. He deserves a raise!!“

“Freddy's is our go-to now that Steak and Shake has imploded. I am a veteran so I was really impressed with their veterans day free meal card. I was able to take advantage of the veterans day options and come back to Freddy's later. Burgers are outstanding and I really love the shoestring fries. I didn't have the custard but there was a group of kids that did and they seemed to enjoy it.“
