“I wish I could put more stars for the service! There is two other Burger King's closer to where I work than this one, but I prefer to drive a little further for the service and food quality they provide. But today they went above and beyond. Because the other locations are closer it always wants me to do my carryout orders there and I have to change the location. I believe it was a glitch in the app but my order went to the wrong location. It was definitely more my fault than it was that locations fault. She read the order off my phone and they had it made in minutes and I didn't have to drive all the way to the other location to pick up cold food! Much appreciated!

“Somehow, despite living < 3 miles away for the last ~30 years, and then seeing a chiro < 400 yds away, I'd never stopped in until about a year ago, and man am I salty I could've been eaten here for YEARS and missed it.

The Food - I'm not sure what you're expecting but if its fresh made and repeatably good hot dogs, burgers, sandwiches and fries at fast food prices, then quit reading and just go now. It's not gonna change how you look at food but you'll be happy every time.

The staff - As good as the food is, the staff is probably better. When I go (Saturdays) theres normally a pair of guys I see regularly working the window and grilling. Frankly they could tell me they have a band and this is thier side hustle and I'd believe it, and go catch a show. But damn if they aren't two of the nicest people I've encountered any retail establishment, let alone a service one. Like legitimately pleasant interactions, which in the current day in age is pretty rare.

All that to say, if you aren't going here, you should be. It's exactly what a throw back should be. You won't be disappointed.“

“I've been to Chuck's Hot Chicken a few times, and people kept telling me I needed to try Dave's Hot Chicken. I'm glad I finally did because it definitely lived up to the hype. I ordered the 10-piece chicken bites with seasoned fries and a fountain drink. I wasn't in the mood for anything too spicy, so I went with the mild, and the flavor was on point. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the seasoned fries were just as good. Even though the place was busy, I ordered at the kiosk and had my food in about 10 minutes. I'll definitely be back soon. Honestly, I might even end up coming back this weekend 😂“

“Came in exspecting hot just fine on some chicken fish gyros salad with the Chicago flavor maybe,since I am from Chicago,not only did Malik and family match the Chicago flavor swag.they made me feel like a family member coming over to have a family meal. “We come here once a month & have always had great food & service. Today we had a horrendous experience with an employee! My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. His response was, "What do you want me to do about it, I'm not the cook!!!!" We then asked him his name & for the manager, but he refused to give us his name or the manager. He proceeded to "mother f***" us even. Then starts in on another customer. I could not believe he treated us that way! He wouldn't give us his name so I took a photo of him. Completely disrespectful & Canes needs to get rid of any employee that treats their customers like that when the customer has a valid complaint like we did. We did call corporate so they will be looking into it. Shame on that kid!!!!“

“I recently tried the sandwich combo at Raising Cane’s, and I really loved it. The chicken was incredibly soft, tender, and delicious. Their sauce had such a unique and tasty flavor, and it went perfectly with the sandwich. I’m definitely going to try it again.“

“The customer service, attention to details, and food that I received from the black taller young lady, the younger shorter young lady, and one of the cooks is top tier! These three went above and beyond and were extremely kind, patient, and professional (I am somewhat picky). The young black gentleman with braids needs some lessons in customer service as he comes across as rude every time - this was my third interaction with him. “Could tell drive through lady was just having an off night we were there pretty late though so it is kinda to be expected she remained very friendly and professional she did messy up the order but tried over and over to correct it we assured and the manager that was standing close by it was not a big deal she had simply for got to ring in some milk shakes we assured them we could just come back through the drive through and order them when we was ready to eat them maybe 5 or 10 minutes later a knock on the window and it was the manger with two complimentary shakes the kind we had tried to order earlier and never received we gave them a tip and was very appreciative of the shakes (I don't diner at Lions Choice but it was a great experience“

“Saturday night. The three guys tonight were working they're tails off with the drive thru queued onto the highway but still served us in the restaurant with a smile and patience. In town from London, England with my wife and friends from St Louis. My first ever White Castle. I'd heard good things having seen it in TV in UK and wasn't disappointed. “My daughter and I get our food, we eat all the curly fries, they were real good and not limp fries. Then we ate our sandwiches. They were still nice and hot after we ate the large order of fries. I was happy and told the cook about my thoughts. We go there about 2 times a week.“

Today, I decided to give the Streets of St. Charles location a visit and I wasn't disappointed!

The food was good. It tasted fresh and the portions were enormous. But the highlight of the trip was the on-the-house blackberry shake! We got it for free because we had never tried one before. It was super tasty - and even more so because it was free.

“I don't have an opinion on recommending them or not BUT first time trying them today. wanted to order one of each special box. the white box with fries and chicken comes with a ton of ketchup and hot sauce on it. I asked if I would have the box without the ketchup and hot sauce. The lady responded with a quick no. she wasn't that friendly at all and just blah really. I didn't get why I couldn't get the 3 wings and fries in the box without stuff on it. she def wasn't welcoming at all. So I got two burger boxes a nd a fish. wanted more but the lady customer service almost made me not want to buy anything at all. The burger was okay, fries where fresh and hot, fish was okay. Main issue def is the customer service. There was alot of confusion with customers and alot of orders not fully done correct. miscommunication. yes they don't really answer their phone frl at all. Called twice before going and got nothing. Just had a couple questions. one and done for me. least I got a chance to try it.“

“Tucked into the corner of the street, the lot is a bit small but manageable. Service was good, I could tell the young man was a bit new which is probably why my order was wrong and a bit cold(definitely not fresh). Ordered my double sliders with cheese meal bottom buns only, no onions as usual and it none of that on top of not being fresh and forgot the drinks. Didn't have the energy or patience to go back.“
