“Did an online order and went to pick up. First time there, and I wasn’t sure where to pick up. Went to walk up window and food wasn’t ready yet. However staff said go ahead and wait and we will bring it out. There was 2 mins on my catfish. It was another 5 or so minutes but all of my food was hot, fresh, crispy, and good. They provided plenty of sauce and we really enjoyed our meal.“
“This location is almost always busy, no matter what time of day, and unfortunately the drive-thru moves very slowly. In my various experiences there, the staff is not friendly at all. In fact, it is downright uncomfortable having to pull up to the window to be face to face with them. I rarely get food from there anymore due to the uncomfortableness from having to deal with the employees at the window. However, the food is always hot and delicious.“
“It's McDonald's... I'm not sure what I can say that you all don't already know. The prices have gotten outrageous, so we rarely go anymore. This location in particular is usually busy, yet still quick. The food is hot most of the time, and our order is rarely missing items. The staff isn't as friendly as I would like, but hey, I'd be exhausted after working a shift there too. Overall, I'd recommend those location over any others in the area.“
“Got my order delivered to the wrong store but the awesome guys at the Hazelwood store helped me cancel that order and took the time to get me and my daughter a new order. They even made sure I got my reward points before I left…and all of this at closing time for them! Great customer service…thanks, Jimmy John staff!“
“I've been twice, and both times, the food and service have been great. I live only moments from the place, and have used the drive-thru. The honey and nut shrimp is one of several delicious dishes served. I've tried the beef and broccoli, the orange chicken, and the chow mein, so far. I like the quick, pleasant service, and the food makes a nice change of pace from the many burger joints up and down Lindbergh. If the quality remains at this level, I will be a regular and faithful customer.“
“Went thru drive thru to get daughter a nacho bell grande combo meal. The line didn't take too long, the employee who took our order was quick and courteous, and the lady who was at the drive-thru window was polite, thorough, and friendly. My daughter's order was made perfect and nothing was missing. She said the food was delicious and the soda was perfect. We also were not asked to pull ahead. Instead, they were able to deliver the food and beverage at the window. We will be back.“
“I was pleasantly surprised inside of the restaurant. It was updated and clean. I would have given 5 stars from my experience. But, this was confirmation to check your orders.I ordered 4 pancakes and sausage platters. When I arrived home their was no syrup, butter and utensils in the bag.“
“So far, I have had the best experience with this burger king than any other in Missouri. This is in terms of customer service, delivery speeds, warmth of food and taste. There seems to be a general problem with delivery speeds in drive thru stores in Missouri that I never experienced in Massachusetts where I lived. So I'm not suggesting this is a perfect store, but comparatively I'm satisfied.Parking: No issues with parking. Never found parking full.Kid-friendliness: Generally safe for kids“
“Haven’t had Arby’s in a long time. Overall, it was really good - better than a lot of other fast food around here; we were impressed! It was an online order, and I like that fact that a pickup time is provided. The 25% off coupon online was nice too! Also, the staff member was really kind too. We’ll be back!“
