Did an online order and went to pick up. First time there, and I wasn’t sure where to pick up. Went to walk up window and food wasn’t ready yet. However staff said go ahead and wait and we will bring it out. There was 2 mins on my catfish. It was another 5 or so minutes but all of my food was hot, fresh, crispy, and good. They provided plenty of sauce and we really enjoyed our meal.
Food was great, staff were friendly and attentive. ALL FOOD is cooked when you order it, so it is fresh and delicious.They do / can NOT precook anything, or it will be really lousy food, so you will have to wait a few minutes, but it is SO WORTH IT to get fresh hot food.But I ordered on the APP and it kept texting me, saying my order was ready via text.That is the APP not the staff doing that, so be prepared for that to happen.
