Got my order delivered to the wrong store but the awesome guys at the Hazelwood store helped me cancel that order and took the time to get me and my daughter a new order. They even made sure I got my reward points before I left…and all of this at closing time for them! Great customer service…thanks, Jimmy John staff!
Ordered a takeout over the phone. They could find the order. Holden was working the check inside the store and he was very kind and tried hard to find the order. He was very apololigetic for not being able to locate the order. I reordered there in the store and when my order was ready noone notified me. It was just sitting on the counter. I am usually a fan of Jimmy John's, but today this location is a disaster. The JJ staff used two full booths for trash (see the photos). Just about all the other tables were full.
