Rough around the edges but when you need something re made is never a problem and is very quick. For how close it is to my workplace it’s always a good fast option.

I am usually a fan of Jimmy John's, but today this location is a disaster. The JJ staff used two full booths for trash (see the photos). Just about all the other tables were full. I commented to the staff and they ignored me. This is a MAJOR fault of the management team. I also filed a report with telljj, but I doubt that qualtrics survey will see the light of day. P.S. To all readers . The person posting as the owner with the bit.ly link is a total scam. It results in a top level domain in Russia. The JJ corporate office should be concerned.

The time I got a Cajun chicken sandwich it tasted like tuna, I gave it another chance today because of the bad weather and it’s close to work and now I’m paying for it by spending my Friday night in the bathroom with food poisoning, never again dude, and what’s up with the people being jerks and blatantly ignoring me, my food was ordered online and paid for it’s just a name and hand me my food why turn your back but keep looking over your shoulder to see if I’ve gone away, it’s less than a 30 second interaction, if you don’t want to do your job then go somewhere else

Worst sandwich ever, I ordered a Cubano double protein and cheese. It came with one slice of ham one piece of bacon and one slice of cheese. All of this for $10, wow what an amazing deal for the JimmyJohn's

Got my order delivered to the wrong store but the awesome guys at the Hazelwood store helped me cancel that order and took the time to get me and my daughter a new order. They even made sure I got my reward points before I left…and all of this at closing time for them! Great customer service…thanks, Jimmy John staff!

Rude lady taking my order. Order a number 9 with mustard and peppers. They call out a number 9 so I just assumed it was mine and I grabbed it. Well apparently someone else orders a number 9. Ok my mistake I get it but don't you think that is an easy mistake? She was absolutely rude and sounded annoyed I grabbed the wrong order. Not my fault your system for calling out order is ambiguous where anywhere else you go you are giving a number for your order or they take your name so it's clear on which order is yours. Thanks but I'll go somewhere else from now on.

The "shift manager and slick hip talking worker" on duty 5/8/23@ 3:45 pm trash customer service! I asked a question because of confusion about the price. Don't take jobs in customer service if you can't deal w/ customers. Just for service alone, refund please, I want nothing at all from there now and am completely done w/ this location.

Ordered a takeout over the phone. They could find the order. Holden was working the check inside the store and he was very kind and tried hard to find the order. He was very apololigetic for not being able to locate the order. I reordered there in the store and when my order was ready noone notified me. It was just sitting on the counter. When I asked why my order was not called out one of the workers said very rudely, "She called it out pointing to another worker. Noone even checked to see if anyone came up to take the order. There was no apology, I was just ignored. Jimmy John's is usually so friendly. I did not want to send this review but I really felt disrespected. Holden was the only polite worker during this visit. Please let him know I appreciate him. Thank you.

Went to this location because they are normally awesome and didn't want to deal with the normal service you get at the fast food restaurants in North County. I arrived about 1258pm there was one car at the drive thru window. I pulled to the speaker after a minute or so I was rudely told to hold a moment. After 4 more minutes of waiting still nothing so I left. Jimmy johns has a very small menu compared to other places and how hard is it to just take a sandwich order!? What happened to "freaky fast"? Really hope this was a one time deal and they don't start treating their customers like the rest of their competitors in the area

I've been going to this Jimmy John's three times a month since it first opened. Not because it's amazing (it isn't) but because it's close to my job.Pros-- They generally get my (simple) order correct.-- I've never gotten sick after eating there.-- It's (usually) not super busy.Cons-- The back of the restaurant is filled with small flying insects that land in your food while you try to eat. It's been this way for months, possibly because they constantly leave the back door open.-- The bathroom is often unavailable due to employees vaping in there.-- There are ten employees behind the counter - and none of them will speak to you, make eye contact, or acknowledge you in any way.-- They often ignore the dine in customers and focus solely on drive through.Today I watched 4 customers stand in line for 15 minutes while the only working register was tied up with a delivery driver. Not one employee behind the counter said a word, apologized, or at least acknowledged the customers patiently standing in line. Those customers may still be standing there for all I know since I eventually had enough and walked out.I'm sure this place will be fine without my business as there aren't many restaurant's nearby. Regardless, I'll drive a little further from now on.
