“I had the chance to check out Dave’s Hot Chicken in Chesterfield, Missouri this past weekend, and I ended up going both Saturday and Sunday. That alone should say a lot about how good the experience was.
One thing that really stood out to me right away was how they opened their doors to support our Army Reserve unit. They made it easy for us to come in, get a solid meal, and stay within a budget of under $14 per person. That’s not something every place is willing to work with, and it showed a lot of respect and appreciation for service members. It meant a lot to me and the team.
Now let’s talk about the food. Dave’s Hot Chicken lives up to its name. The wings are hot. If you like spice, this is your spot. What I liked most is that it is not just heat for the sake of heat. The flavor is there too. The seasoning is on point, and you can tell they put effort into making sure the food actually tastes good, not just burns your mouth. Even going back the second day, the quality was consistent, which is something I always pay attention to.
They also had a great selection of food and drinks. Whether you want to go all in on spice or keep it more mild, there are options for everyone. That makes it easy if you are going with a group like we were, because not everyone has the same tolerance for heat. No one felt left out, and everyone walked away full.
The service was another big highlight. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. Even with a group coming in, they handled it smoothly and kept things moving. You could tell they cared about making sure we had a good experience. That kind of customer service goes a long way and is something I do not take for granted.
The restaurant itself was clean and well taken care of. Tables were wiped down, the floors looked good, and the overall atmosphere felt organized. It is one of those things that might seem small, but it makes a big difference when you are sitting down to eat.
Overall, this was a great experience. Good food, strong flavors, fair pricing, and a team that knows how to take care of their customers. The fact that they supported our Army Reserve group and worked within a budget just made it even better.
I would definitely come back again, and honestly, I probably will the next time I am in the area. If you are in Chesterfield and want something with real flavor and a little kick, Dave’s Hot Chicken is worth checking out.“

“The customer service, attention to details, and food that I received from the black taller young lady, the younger shorter young lady, and one of the cooks is top tier! These three went above and beyond and were extremely kind, patient, and professional (I am somewhat picky). The young black gentleman with braids needs some lessons in customer service as he comes across as rude every time - this was my third interaction with him. Because of the other three, I will return because the food has been consistently fresh. Thank you!“

Happily sat down to enjoy dinner with my wife only to find that her bunless burger was missing the beef! They remade it for me after I walked back. When our younger son and his family fly in from California, their first stop after leaving the airport is Lions Choice. “Just went to Raising Cane's in Chesterfield, Mo and the food was hot and fresh, but the thing that impressed me was that the workers were caring people and that is a reflection of the manager. She was out on the floor greeting people and cleaning off tables instead of being back in an office and not helping out. I felt that this location is very well managed every time I visit.“

NO cheese, but I got cheese I didn't want. I was charged extra for lettuce & tomato. Most places chg you the difference of the drink & a shake. I was charged $3.99 for sm shake.. clearly not the difference. My $7 meal went to $12. Total ripoff!“

“Arby's got this mint shake, and I don't really drink mint ice cream it is not my flavored but here at Arby's, it is just right not so minty but it has a light taste of mint and it is good. I love their big size crinkle cut fries. And I also love their turkey sandwiches. The meat doesn't make me feel like I just had a candy rush shoot through my body like most meats. I still feel good after eating their meat.
