I brought my very worn out six and eight-year-old grandchildren into Dairy Queen to eat their burgers and chicken strips for the first time before having ice cream after a long day at the waterpark. My husband and I had a great experience while dining there this week. Gage, an employee, displayed a positive attitude, and gave great recommendations, while on his break. Employees at this location are always friendly. This is our favorite location.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a cozy environment with a nice street view and insanely friendly staff. The food quality is generally good, but some assembly issues have been reported. Managers are attentive to customer concerns, and the young employees could benefit from more training in customer service. The Blizzard desserts are served frozen and upside-down upon request, providing a unique and satisfying experience.
Customers praise the excellent chocolate dipped cones and the friendly staff who make their day. The ice cream sundaes are great, but some wish they were served with a cherry. The boneless BBQ chicken sometimes lacks sauce, and the bread can be dry, but overall the food and drive-thru service are reliably good. This location also features a train that goes around the ceiling and an outdoor playground, making it a great spot for a play date.
