The food quality was good but assembled bad. I got a 6 piece honey BBQ box and all chicken and sauce was dumped in one end of the box which had the box leaking BBQ sauce. My ice cream cup was only half full and because it was in a bag I didn't notice until I was home. I believe there may have been a new guy at the window who needs training with customer service.
I visited the drive-thru at this location and I got me a large blizzard. They had a sign up that said blizzards will only be served upside down upon request in the Drive-Thru. I took that sign to tell me that my blizzard was going to be melted when I got it .. I was SO WRONG MAN... it was frozeN...

Managers was attentive to our request when we brought a concern about the facility. Young employees could have been more attentive but gave a five-star because of the manager made the difference.
