I could barely eat my food if made me sick to my stomach. My chicken was cold and gross ? fries were cold and the bread was so tiny it wasn't even a whole peice. Looked like some one ripped the bread apart and it was just thrown in the box and the sauce was just on top of my food like why couldn't they just put the sauce separately from the food? My blizzard was melting I took like one bite of each thing and couldn't eat anymore it made me sick it was all just really gross I won't b going back to that one.

Managers was attentive to our request when we brought a concern about the facility. Young employees could have been more attentive but gave a five-star because of the manager made the difference.

Got a bad burger within 30 minutes my stomach was upset and within an hour through the next 8 to 10 hours I was throwing up horrible food poisoning...Went about 5 days later had to leave my name and phone number for the manager never received a phone call back unfortunately I probably won't ever eat at least here again. ?

Now that everything has gone up, they really take pride in ripping you off. Went for a medium dipped cone, and it was almost $5. When I got it, there were 2 tablespoons of ice cream on the cone. They need to make it necessary for these kids to make an ice cream cone during the interview process. DQ has signature cones. Every time I visit this place, it gets worse. Total rip off! I'll just go across the street to Andy's from now on.

The food quality was good but assembled bad. I got a 6 piece honey BBQ box and all chicken and sauce was dumped in one end of the box which had the box leaking BBQ sauce. My ice cream cup was only half full and because it was in a bag I didn't notice until I was home. I believe there may have been a new guy at the window who needs training with customer service.
