The food was delicious, probably best of the Papa John's I've used. A lofty claim given that they should all be the same, but everything was cooked perfectly. Also, first time I tried those oreo bites, and they were awesome.
I ordered my pizza online, was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I got there, my pizza was not only not ready, it wasn't even in the oven. There was a lot of noise and confusion, the "manager" was a young woman who didn't seem to give her employees good direction. My pizza got done and put on the shelf and the young man who took over the front was clueless. I finally got my pizza an hour after I ordered it.
