Just watched a worker make pizza without gloves, hands all over the cheese trying to spread it from a cup, went into the fridge and came out with 2 balls of dough, gave me my pick up and back to pizzas with no gloves and no hand washing

Staff here is HORRIBLE. Delivery for ONE pepperoni pizza took over an hour. Tried to call in regards of my order. They hung up everytime after i was on hold for over 20 minutes. Go to a different location.

I've been waiting for 2 return phone calls from the Management. When I bought it 2 weeks ago I asked them to exchange it I had the whole pizza. They wouldn't make good on my order I didn't care for it. One Gentleman told me they can't do anything. I've been a customer for many years. In St.Peters and then here in St.Charles.

App down for more than an hour. Finally called and got the call center. Between robots, dial options, and promotions I don't care about, it took me the better part of five minutes to order a medium cheese pizza. Which they then rang up for $5 more than I would've paid in the app that wasn't working. Forget this. Despite their inconvenient location, we gave this place another shot after their standards dropped a while back, but we'll be going elsewhere from now on.

The food was delicious, probably best of the Papa John's I've used. A lofty claim given that they should all be the same, but everything was cooked perfectly. Also, first time I tried those oreo bites, and they were awesome.
