“I was a little skeptical to try this place out because of all the bad reviews, but I am soooo glad it didn't steer us away. Our waiter Hailie was soooo sweet, helpful and talkative/ interactive. She stayed on top of making sure our drinks were filled and that everyone was enjoying their meal. We got a 14inch cheese pizza, buffalo wraps, the big a burger, buffalo chicken salad, nachos, steak, mozzarella sticks, pretzel, jalapeno peppers, soup and a sicilian. I 100000% recommend trying the sicilian with the hot honey bacon dressing it was amazing. Everyone really enjoyed the food and service. All and all it was a Great experience. Definitely recommend trying them out!“

Ordered the shaggy OG burger and added bacon. The cashier was kind enough to take my order even though I was 10 minutes early before they opened and didn’t even realize it! The burger was great. My only complaint was that the fries were salted heavy. But that’s okay! I will be back.“

“We had a group of 25ish & the service was spectacular! Orders were taken quickly, drinks were re-filled all night, & the food was served hot. There were 4 or 5 staffers rotating to take care of us so well. Dirty dishes were moved right away, and there were so many smiles from the staff. Maybe our best visit to an Applebee's ever. If it's just you and a date maybe worth a try but for my family of 6 to spend $100 on 2 tiny 10 piece chicken, 4 burgers and 6 shakes is just out of our budget for a burger joint. Burgers were decent but not my favorite. If it was a mom and pop I'd say prices are okay but this is a chain of over 500... where are the savings? We wished we had seen the Culver's across the street sooner, honestly, and we get fries and drinks for a good $40+ cheaper. Just too expensive. I'd replace the faux plants down the center with something smaller... you can't lean back in the seats and they rub your head/back. ?“

That burger hit spots I forgot I had. That burger was like they had a going out of business giveaway on that sweet sweet steak n shake proprietary seasoning. And the bacon? I could TASTE the hickory.

The fries were, despite their chaotic placement in my takhomasak, still hot to the touch once id finished my burger. Near perfectly salted, if not a bit too much, but welcome none the less.

It was a pick me up that put a pep in my step i didn't know i needed.“

“Never having been here before I was somehow under the impression that this was a higher-end burger joint, however upon walking into the restaurant realized the atmosphere was more on par with a crappy McDonalds…. Stains, trash, run-down furniture, and general disorder made this an unpleasant environment to eat a meal. The food was at least decent. It’s pricey but pretty good and they have a great menu. I appreciate that it includes healthier ingredients like turkey burgers, Brussels sprouts, sweet potato fries, and multigrain buns. I wasn’t a fan of the smash fries as I found the rosemary to be overpowering, but that’s just personal preference. The sweet potato fries and bacon avocado club burger were good. The cashier was somewhat friendly and accommodating so that helped. Maybe next time try a different location or just order for take-out.“

Becky, working the lunch shift was my personal hero. my 3yo fell earlier and we ended up at UC. hes ok but missed lunch. he hates the drive thru and i couldn't stand the idea of hearing him cry anymore. so, we went in. he started crashing and was in a lot of pain.. Becky not only got me bags to take my items to go, but she helped me to my car. she made me remember there are still good people in the world. thank you so much for taking the time and just being so kind.“

“My first time there. we got it to go. It was a little above average, but not what it has been hyped up to be. My burger had hard edges, beyond crispy. Fries were hard and no salt. shake was the best part of the meal. $60 for three meals is way overpriced. And they initially packed the shakes in the sane bag as the hot food! I had them take them out and put into a drink carrier. Who puts cold and hot together? It is adequate, but I will not go back for those prices.“

“Waited 10 minutes for our food biscuits and gravy while standing there another person who had just came in after me standing there for 9 minutes orders the same as me and the cashier took his order and turned around put 2 biscuits and gravy on a tray and gave it to him while I still had yo wait I will never be in here again I can go up the street to McDonald's instead.“

“My wife and I have passed by Saucy Dogs and not given them a chance to take our money. My wife said she wanted to try them, and I'm glad we did. My wife got chicken wings, and tells everyone she knows how much sauce they had on them. I had a Chicago dog. My hot dog was like eating at a buffet, a lot and so many different toppings. The hot dog was big, quarter pounder, boiled then fried to give it nice crisp snap when you bite it. The seasoned fries that come with the combo were real crisp and hot. Fantastic job!“

Ordered the lava queso, mad love, jalapeño heatwave, and the smoke and pepper burger. All burgers were cooked exactly as we requested and all quickly arrived at our table.

The jalapeño heatwave was a disappointment with regard to heat (spiciness), pickled jalapeños are used rather than fresh; destroying the chance for the burger to have any semblance of spiciness.

The lava queso burger was a huge hit with one of our 10 year old granddaughters, they pour the sauce over the burger at the table.“
