“Wow! I did a review 5 years ago for this steak 'n shake and gave it one star. They've really turned things around. It's like a totally different fast food restaurant. The food is phenomenal and the service was excellent. I have a feeling that a lot of the negative reviews are from several years ago. This place has really turned around. I will definitely be back.“

“I go to the Shack at least once a month. I was there recently and received excellent food and service. Jennifer was great server, nothing was too much trouble. She helped move all of our coats and bags in order to change our seats. She was cheerful and helpful. I bring my out-of-town guests here often. The menu includes healthy,creative, delicious entrees, and as well as gluten free options.“

“This was our first visit and we plan on returning whenever we are in the mood for mediterranean food. The menu has a lot to choose from.

“I travel to STL for work and frequently visit the Twisted Tavern. The staff is amazing. Jack and Brooke, the bartenders are fantastic. When I sit down they know my drink and my order. No questions asked. Lynn, the manager is great as well. The food is always on point. They have daily specials that never miss. Don’t sleep on this place if you’re local or if you’re a traveler. You will be well taken care of!“

“Have been going here since I was a kid and to me this place will always be the best burger joint in town. Bacon chuck with cheese a curly fry and some cheddar cheese balls with a cherry coke , can't get any better just wish we could go back inside and sit down and eat because the atmosphere was the best!!!!!!! If you want gluten-free, vegan, organic, cruelty-free fare, this is not your jam.
No inside seating, unless you're eating inside your car. The very limited menu makes the lines move quickly.

“Pretty much what we've come to expect from Shake Shack. The food is better quality than McDonald's etc and the price reflects it. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Self-serve kiosks were available and an employee was taking orders, as well.
Drive thru or eat in. Plenty of parking and seating. Clean restrooms. Great location.“

“My spouse and I waited 20 minutes for seats. We noticed when we sat down at the table their were several seats open, 4 booths and 5 tables which caused me to look into the waiting area and notice people still waiting for tables. I also noticed at least 3 couples leave because their were told 40 minute wait. My opinion is that these restaurants do not want people dining in they want us using apps to deliver food or pick up, not to sit down and have a meal. The same thing happened at Outback in St. Peters also where the said a 15 minute wait when I sat down at my table after 16 minutes of waiting noticed at least 4 tables empty. The tables remained empty while people were waiting the whole time we ate and then left.“

“We always get amazing service at this location. The food is also consistently delicious. We both had steak at different temperatures. Both were delicious. Our usual dish is salmon but we were feeling adventurous. We loved that we can eat here within our Weight Watchers points program.“

“Not just another grill restaurant this is hands down the best grill around. This was our first time here and wow... flavor in every single bite. We ordered the chicken Philly with fries and a gyro with cheese fries, and everything was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The seasoning they use truly sets this place apart and makes the food unforgettable. The establishment was the cleanest I've ever seen a business which makes me want to dine in next time. Wonderful customer service as well. This is officially my new go to spot for amazing food. 10/10 will absolutely be back and will continue to support this wonderful family-owned business!“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“Tell me Why I’ve lived in this area my whole life shopped at the Walmart, my Whole life and any time I grab fast Food I get Popeyes or Taco Bell just for them to time after Time mess Up my order, take forever And overpay for mid Fast food when this place was very inexpensive The lady working, the window was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the food was super hot and tasted fresh delicious Anytime I’m hungry and I’m over there. “Haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in a couple years but was my favorite! on top of enjoying them I got to work at this location back between 2013-2015 and as hectic as it could be I enjoyed it a lot the workers actually cared about what we put out and when I worked OT the manager would let me get a free meal! I cooked it sometimes and other times my coworkers would make it for me, it was one of the few food places I worked where the workers did their honest best and enjoyed what they did, I dont know what or how much has changed but would recommend based off my experience!“

“Went to lunch with my mom. Good Classic Rock vibe if you're into that. From the time our order was taken to the time we got our food seemed like no time at all. When the food arrived I got the ultimate burger (ordered medium) it was fresh juicy and overall delicious. The fries were great as well in comparison to other sit down places. The staff member was attentive and on point.“

“One of our favorite restaurants. I always get served more food than I can eat. Reasonably priced with a large choice of food. They have a good Reuben sandwich piled with a lot of meat. Good appetizers, I get the quesadilla or potato skins. Restaurant has a hometown feel. Always clean. Friendly staff.“
