“Pali grill is my favorite place to eat to lift my spirits. The decor in the restaurant is fun and beautiful, everyone working there is friendly and kind, everything on the menu is delicious (get. the. pali. sauce.). “This IHOP was good as most. It was not busy at all for a Friday afternoon. My wife, one cousin, and myself had a good meal and was not rushed to exit, so we had time to visit.
The only NEGATIVE was the sign on the front door that weapons were not allowed. IHOP: this is a open (and concealed) carry state!!“

“Honestly, when I first saw this place get put in, I thought “there’s no way that will last.” I didn’t even want to try. Now years later, it’s still standing, and I decided I wanted to try it. My first visit I had the pretzel bites and I was amazed at how much I got, and how good and fluffy they were.

Now my second time I decided to try a burger, specifically the Frisco burger. And it is absolutely amazing and so are the home made garlic pretzel chips.

If you are like me and decided not to try it because it doesn’t have good “curb appeal” then please do yourself a favor and go get yourself some pretzels.

The prices are very reasonable as well. And because of that and the quality of the foods I will probably become a regular at this restaurant“

“I took a motorcycle ride out to this place and had a great experience. They had a live band, The Portholes, playing excellent cover songs from the '70s—songs I hadn't heard in years and had almost forgotten about. I ordered the Boathouse Special Burger and the Jerk Tacos, and both were outstanding.
Even though they appeared to be short-staffed, the service was excellent. The atmosphere was fun, festive, and welcoming. Whether you're looking for a destination for a group ride or just a place to stop on your own, this is definitely worth the trip. Highly recommended.“

NO cheese, but I got cheese I didn't want. I was charged extra for lettuce & tomato. Most places chg you the difference of the drink & a shake. I was charged $3.99 for sm shake.. clearly not the difference. My $7 meal went to $12. Total ripoff!“

“We had a 6 top on Friday April 17 at 6pm in Royal Oak. Danielle was our server, she was nice, polite and quick. The 1 appetizer for another couple came with their dinner. 4 of the six people got their meals. About 5 mins later our 2 burgers came. Both prepared wrong (order was 1 burger as is on menu, 1 burger with only pickles). Both were sent back. Waitress came over, realized we didn't have our meal, apologized. 5 mins later a manager came over and said our meal would be out soon. As our friends were just about finished with their meals, our burgers finally came, about 15 mins too late. Burgers were fine. Nothing to brag about, I ate half because I had lost my appetite. When the bill came, nothing was comped or reduced in price. My husband paid the bill and I was pretty PO'ed at him that he actually paid it without asking for some sort of discount. The steak ordered by a friend was super salty, and the chicken on the salad was dry. I know they have kinks to work out, but the place and food isn't really much to brag about.“

He is always looking out for the customer needs, wants, concerns, extra. I have order here a few times during rush hour lunch and have had some miss ups with not getting all my food. Which yes it is frustrating but I understood and just called in to talk to a manager on duty. When I talked to Jeff he wanted to make everything right. Which was just nice to hear as most places tell you to bad or act like they care. Nope not this guy. He said next time ask for me and Ill personally double check your meal. This man is above most managers I have ever talked to over the years and defiantly needs a BIG RAISE on his hospitality, care, and willingness to go above and beyond for his customers!
