This is my first Steak n' Shake, oh man was it good. I enjoy a good smash burger and Culvers is also very delicious but I just enjoyed this burger more.
Food is good service. Their attitudes kind of suck, not friendly at all. Especially at the drive through

Steak 'n Shake is a classic restaurant known for its delicious meals. The staff is friendly and the service is quick at various locations. The Bridgeton branch offers a fresh experience with polite workers and tasty food. Customers can enjoy a well-prepared meal, with the option to customize their order. The clean and bright environment adds to the overall experience, making Steak 'n Shake a great spot for a satisfying lunch.
The online ordering system may not be very streamlined, but the food is always good and hot when it's in the bag. The drive-thru is available, and the restaurant also has inside seating where customers can order at a kiosk. The employees are always friendly, and the place is well-lit and clean.
While some customers miss the Route 66 diner vibe, Steak 'n Shake remains a popular choice for a delicious meal, especially with the option to use coupons.
