Went through the drive thru at 12:30pm. Miriam was very friendly and got our order exactly right , even with all the modifications we had. The food was delicious. The cooks made our food exactly as it was rang. The milkshakes were also amazing! Completely blended and generous with the goodies(: everything was perfect and was made in minutes. Didn't really have to wait at all! By far the best Steak 'n Shake drive thru experience I've had. This store is raising the bar.

Parking: Plenty of handicap prkunf along with plenty of regular parking too! I've had never had problems parking thereWheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs in inside NOR outside the entire building to access the restaurant

This place (granted was closing in an hr) would not let us sit at a table. They offered a booty. With my limited mobility, I needed a table and chair. They weren't/ having it. The drink dispenser wouldn't read our QR tags and they seemed interrupted by us asking about it. We ordered extra Ranch as we have someone who has dysphagia and has to have a sauce of some kind to aid in swallowing and they felt the need to ask why we needed so much ranch (we paid for it so it shouldn't have mattered). The bathrooms need a scrub brush taken to them, and so does the rest of that building. The food was cooked fresh, that is my positive thing to say about the whole experience. Even if they didn't want to cook the order and you could definitely tell they didn't want to.
