Ordered a Concrete in the drive thru, was given a melted cup of creme. It's only 61° out guys how runny is it gonna be when it hits 80°? 2nd time I foolishly went back was told "the custard was not ready" How does a Culver's this poorly run stay afloat?

Food was normal and nothing too special, but was good. Our biggest problem came from the ice cream, it all came out as more of a slurry than I've cream and was really disappointing. The service was pretty good but one of the employees was a little off and just seemed like they were just there to get by. Other wise the place was clean and mostly an enjoyable experience.
