“I was at this location today, and I have to say I had an awesome experience. Becky, working the lunch shift was my personal hero. my 3yo fell earlier and we ended up at UC. hes ok but missed lunch. he hates the drive thru and i couldn't stand the idea of hearing him cry anymore. so, we went in. he started crashing and was in a lot of pain.. Becky not only got me bags to take my items to go, but she helped me to my car. she made me remember there are still good people in the world. thank you so much for taking the time and just being so kind.“
“Dana was absolutely excellent. Her service should be a standard for all customer service! Me and my coworker didn’t have to barely speak, she read our minds and was on top of it and understood we didn’t have a lot of time. The manager was amazing, too and checked on us to see if we wanted a refill. I HIGHLY recommend this location. I wish my local Applebees had this type of service. Thank you, guys!!!!“
“Oh man, was I craving food one morning at work. Our vehicle wouldn't fit through the drive-thru so I called in an order in the parking lot. The woman who answered was so nice, I know she was busy and I didn't know you could order online. She totally didn't care but still informed me. My food came out quick and we pulled away. 1 minute later I got a call and she had given me someone else's sandwich. Totally fine. Things happen and she was busy! I went back and she let me keep the other, gave me my original order and placed my tip back in the bag.....I had no idea she did this until we got about 20 minutes away. The sandwich was awesome. Hit the spot, and the staff was so friendly. I will definitely be back!“
“Great little bar that opens early. Some friends and I have made it a tradition to meet here for drinks and breakfast as well as lunch. The food is really good and very reasonably priced. Best I can tell, most things are from scratch. You can never go wrong with their soups. Big fan of the TouchTunes and the morning / day crowd are all great folks. They do allow smoking. But like I said, it is a bar.“
“Great place to unwind after a hard day. They have great food and the service I'd put up against any bar I've ever been to. And I've been to bars all over the U.S. They also have a nice big patio with tables and umbrellas out front. Place is always super clean! There's also three arachnid galaxy3 remote play dartboards, which is usually why I'm there. And they have 4 steel tip boards you can play for free. I would highly recommend Lulu's ?“
“I had to wait for about 4 minutes for fresh chicken tenders, but it was worth it. They were hot, crispy and tender. The person taking the order was friendly and the person at the window was super friendly and apologized for the delay. All and all, the experience was great. I would rather wait for 4 minutes than get cold and soggy tenders. Also, thanks for having such great help!“
“It's a solid choice, food is good, servers are pleasant, it's a comfortable atmosphere. Only issues I have are they don't really do a great job cleaning their bathrooms and my vegetables never taste done cooking. (I don't factor that in my food as much because what weirdo gets vegetables at a burger joint, I know!)“
“We found a Ruby Tuesday, oh wow. It was clean and well lighted. Don't like that booth chairs moved when the adjacent folks leaned back; spouse felt pushed into table many times. Food was excellent, salad bar was fresh and properly filled. Tips for me is based on water being observant of empty drink glasses on table. Should not have to ask for refill, but when I did, she was prompt to respond. The 8oz steak was done to perfection. The coconut shrimp was also great. The mushroom appetizer was surprisingly great, the cheese was seasoned and tasted like it needed bread to lap up every bit into my mouth. Overall, this is worth the trip with family and friends. Price was reasonable too. Will be back, but not at a center booth.“
“the food is always good and service is friendly. order accuracy is horrendous the past 4 or 5 times I have been here my order is wrong. ordered a chicken biscuit and a sausage biscuit , received a chicken mc griddle and a sausage mcmuffin.. close but wrong...didn't go back was in a hurry.“
“Reasonable prices. Service was prompt. The table was clean. Simple menu that I assume keeps the kitchen uncomplicated & menu easy to execute. I ordered the Freddy original double combo. Two super thin flat top burgers with cheese, mustard, onion, pickle (cut lengthwise) all on a buttered toasted bun. I opted to have the shoestring fries & fry sauce. The overall experience was very reminiscent of another steakburger chain. If you're in the mood for simple American fare, give Freddy's a go.“
“Went here for the first time today - Saturday lunch on the patio. The food was good and even though we were the only ones on the patio, the servers were very attentive and friendly! The buffalo shrimp sliders were good and the coleslaw was okay. My husband got a pizza and we loved the crust! Crispy and light! Fried pickles were good.The patio was a little drab and worn but it’s early in the season!“
