“I've never had a bad experience at this location. The food is good quality and the service is good; however, their prices are honestly ridiculous. They've always been high, but it's just getting to the point where their ice cream isn't worth it.“
“Not sure why this location has bad reviews. The service was quick, the employee who helped me was friendly, and my order was 100% correct and fresh. Coming from the city, there are MUCH worse locations than this one. I’m not sure what experience the people giving the bad reviews are expecting. You’re going to a fast food restaurant. You’re paying rock bottom prices for pre-frozen product and employees that don’t make nearly enough to care- you should be thankful they’re here in the first place. I had a pleasant experience here.“
“The drive thru was really quick which was nice. But the people aren't rude but just aren't really friendly. Not a "Hello" not a "Good Bye", just grab the payment and hand the Luke warm food over. But, really, it's McDonalds and we get what we pay for! So, really I recommend this one!“
“Located inside the gas station, just down from the Hollywood amphitheater. Very clean burger king. Cute stacks of crowns on the tables. Staff was doing their best with just 3 people. I got the candied bacon whopper.. it was great. The first burger I received did not have the bacon, and the manager made a new one for meMy son got a wrap, and they are tiny! We kind of laughed cause it was so small. The fountain drink machine was way down on options. The only regular soda was lime coke. Overall enjoyed our experience and the young shift manager was doing well handling the crowd in thete.“
“Food was amazing! First time having birria tacos amazing experience I loved it! The chicken street tacos amazing! Everything was seasoned so good the Diablo sauce was very spicy and good. The corn was my daughter’s favorite! Definitely coming back again.“
“Five starts in every way! Adorable space, impeccable service, and delightful food and drink! I brought a friend and two older adults. We each had something different--biscuits and gravy, the stuffed French toast, and a burger. Everyone loved everything. We also had drinks. I love my gin and tonic and the black pepper and? Bloody Mary was delicious. I also took some sandwich cookies and some gooey butter cake home! Perfection! I can't wait to come back to the Blue Duck!“

“I gave it 4 instead of 5 because the waitress wasn’t the best. She didn’t even give us plates with our appetizers ? we got no refills, no straws and the food was cold. Idk the atmosphere was good but the service could have been a bit better. I feel like she saw she didn’t get a tip when I was paying because she said “hope you enjoyed my service” and by that point there wasn’t a need in discussing it.“
“Such delicious food! We tried the vintage melt, original chuck-a-burger, curly fries, ORs, and the orange and rootbeer shakes. Lilly was a great server and sherpa on our first Chuck-a-Burger experience!! My mother in law has fond memories hanging out at the the one off Grand after high school back in the '60s. “just tried this spot for the first time. walking in the atmosphere was nice, clean and spacious. i received fast and friendly service, my food came out in under 10 minutes and was hot and fresh! my tenders were flavorful and juicy and i loved their sriracha honey aioli sauce.“
