It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURGERS 2 DRINKS AND 1 FRY AND THE PLAIN CHEESEBURGWR HAD ONIONS ON IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO. NEEDLESS TI SAY NO ONE ATE THEIR MEAL WE ORDERED ELSE WHERE AND I SUGGEST SKIPPING PAST THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH THE TIME IR MONEY WASTED.“

“I go to the Shack at least once a month. I was there recently and received excellent food and service. Jennifer was great server, nothing was too much trouble. She helped move all of our coats and bags in order to change our seats. She was cheerful and helpful. I bring my out-of-town guests here often. The menu includes healthy,creative, delicious entrees, and as well as gluten free options.“

Amazing burgers, chili fries, the shakes are wonderful and my all time favorite the chicken and bacon wrap and the pineapple shake. I get my wrap grilled with blue cheese and it's delicious. Also delicious tea, sweetened and unsweetened. My mom and me still stop by at least once or twice a month. Curbside service is fast and the employees are so friendly and helpful at all times but, also when trying new items or ordering for others as well. I really appreciate their great attitudes and their amazing customer service. This will always be my quick and delicious food stop. Many teenage memories as well 😊 Take a moment and stop by for lunch or dinner. You will be so happy you did and also full.“

Nothing really stood out as super delicious. I might come back to try their burgers. The wing sauce was good, but the chicken itself was a bit overcooked. The pasta was really saucy (which was a bonus), but it lacked flavor. The pretzel was actually good! Super soft and I like that it had 2 sauces. The wrap could have been warmed on the outside and a better proportion of ingredients on the inside. Our server was nice!“

“My first time there. we got it to go. It was a little above average, but not what it has been hyped up to be. My burger had hard edges, beyond crispy. Fries were hard and no salt. shake was the best part of the meal. $60 for three meals is way overpriced. And they initially packed the shakes in the sane bag as the hot food! I had them take them out and put into a drink carrier. Who puts cold and hot together? It is adequate, but I will not go back for those prices.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“
