“This was a typical modern day fast food restaurant. It was clean and the staff was quick and helpful. My only complaint would be: I feel like my burger was thrown together (sloppy). If the person in charge of assembly just took a little more time, it would have made my 3 star food rating jump to a 4.

“The manager Caleb went above and beyond. We were doing a DoorDash order, but I wanted the garlic sauce on a different burger and I called ahead of time and spoke with the manager and he went above and beyond to make sure that I got the burger that I wanted 10 out of 10 stars if I could give them.“

“This has been my favorite restaurant to eat at since I was a child. My grandma would take me to the Chippewa and Hampton location but that location no longer exists. So I live in Fenton now for 20+ years and I've been coming to this location since them opening in Gravois Bluffs. The food is usually on point.. Always fresh and hot. The staff is always hit and miss. They, alot of times, seem like they don't even want to be there. The very last time I ate there though the staff was scarce and the food wasn't the best. The waitress barely listened to our order. She first brought us the wrong food. Then it took an additional 40 mins to get our order. We ended up leaving after being there for almost 2 hours. The restaurant wasn't even busy. So I love the food but service needs to step up for sure.“

These mozzarella sticks were not for recreational use, purely to maintain peak male performance. Upon receiving my order, I was blessed with not 1.. not 2.. not even 3.

Over here and at this location my food is always hot, always made right and does not look like it was just slopped on. This McDonald’s truly does do an excellent job! “10/10. Got my shake ready in a few seconds, and my drink. But, told me to pull up for about 15 minutes to make me fresh apple pie. Worth the wait, the food tastes like mc donald’s food. This is the only Mc Donald’s that I will drive 20 minutes to go to. Every other review that says it’s awful is just not true anymore.“

“Shout out to the staff here at the sugar creek location. The last few times I've been here everyone has been super nice and friendly. They actually make eye contact with you and smile. We weren't just another car driving by in the drive thru. Its nice seeing people working and enjoying their jobs. Great job to the hiring crew. Restaurants need more teams like yours.“
