“We had a few gift cards with a balance & the Sunset Steak N Shake nearby. Like most Steak N Shakes, mainly order at the kiosk. I was able to place the orders and get them correct. Had a single plus cheese fries, and a original Double cheeseburger combo with Banana Shake. Friendly staff answered questions and provided fast service.“

“People in the drive thru at Crestwood are rude and unfriendly. They act like they hate their job and you're bothering them. Nothing worse. The fries were perfect and probably the best I've ever had. Grease was clean and not old, they were hot and just right. Perfect“

“I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURGERS 2 DRINKS AND 1 FRY AND THE PLAIN CHEESEBURGWR HAD ONIONS ON IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO. NEEDLESS TI SAY NO ONE ATE THEIR MEAL WE ORDERED ELSE WHERE AND I SUGGEST SKIPPING PAST THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH THE TIME IR MONEY WASTED.“

“Great burgers! I LOVED my TriPPPy burger which has a pineapple chutney and bacon jam. You will want extra napkins with that one.? My husband built his own burger to get just what he wanted and enjoyed his burger. They also have veggie options, but these carnivores did not explore them.“
