“I went in to Ya'lls establishment today and wanted to be nosey. See how yalls food was compared to ours. I was blown away!!! The food was so good. I got pasta con broccoli and eggplant parm app. Usually when I get it from our restaurant it tastes like sanitizer from the dish washer station. The only disappointment was getting hard as rock rolls. Service was great though girl with the red tattoos helped me out. Shout out to you sis, thank you for spending time with talking to me and being very thorough! God Bless ♡“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“The breakfast is actually real food cooked to order. Like an actual egg cracked and fried, with real bacon on real bread and only $2.84! The staff is always super kind and service is fast. The drive through employees this morning were on point and exceptionally kind. Tried to do the survey to give them props, but it didn’t work so figured a review where works too. They deserve recognition, they are doing great and it’s appreciated.“

“Waited forever for my food. Someone forgot about my order. Used the app and went inside and gave them my name. 30 minutes later I went up and asked about my order and they hadn't even started to make my sandwich. Asked for a refund and they gladly refunded my money. I went back to my table with my family and the employee came up to me and asked if I still wanted my food for no charge. I said really and she said yes. She got my food and gave it to me. It was delicious. That's what I call great customer service. I will be back here when I am in the area.“

“Just wow...the staff goes above and beyond. The food was hot and fresh..the entire restaurant looked like it just got power washed. The staff was very helpful and friendly and respectful. I wish that I could give them 6 stars but the most Google will allow is 5...so excellent 5+outta 5 🌟 stars. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Arnold area give a bite to eat 😋“
