“I used to be a Starbucks gal, but having been diagnosed with diabetes, Starbucks fell flat in terms of options for me. I discovered 7 Brew and have now been 3 or 4 times. Its definitely a little out of my way, but the Arnold location is still fairly convenient, fast service, friendly and OMG the options I have!!!! Not to mention, being open late. Starbucks better watch out, because they can't accommodate me in terms of flavors or open hours. Thank you staff at 7 Brew!“

“Love stopping by this Starbucks for my morning coffee fix! The staff is always super friendly and the atmosphere is cozy, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. They consistently make my favorite drinks just right, and the pastries are a delicious bonus!“

“I rarely eat donuts maybe once a year;so I was genuinely looking forward to this visit. I also make it a point to tip well and treat staff with kindness, so this experience was especially disappointing.

When I arrived around 8:36pm (Fri, Mar 20), I first went through the drive-thru, but no one responded. I then drove around and tried the front door, only to find it locked, even though it wasn’t yet 9:00. I could clearly see three employees inside;two younger women and an older woman; and it appeared they were talking and helping each other. Despite seeing me outside, no one acknowledged me or came to the door.

Being completely ignored like that felt frustrating and disrespectful. If the store needed to close early, I would have understood; everyone has long days, but a quick explanation or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left standing there without any communication.

Unfortunately, this was my first visit, and it will also be my last. After this experience, I understand why other reviews mentioned similar concerns. I hope management considers retraining staff or improving communication with customers, because no one should feel ignored like that.”

“The staff here is SUPER nice (for 6/25/25). I like to get the Carmel ribbon crunch frappe a lot, and the one I had here was better than the others. I also got the strawberry cake pop, and it was good. It is a little small inside, and it took a but to get my order, but they were busy, so im not complaining. 10/10 recommend🫠🫶“

“Grandson was bummed when he got a princess that could not be swapped. Good service. Fun playground for different levels of ages. There is even a family bathroom exclusive to the kid area.

Food was ok. I am just not a fast food fan.“

“I took my niece there, seven years old. She lives for McDonald’s! The one stumbling block we had was that I was not smart enough to figure out the kiosk. we had to wait a bit for someone to wait on us personally. The employee was very pleasant. My niece was the only one who ate and she had a happy meal. They were out of the Grinch meals, which I thought was going to cause a meltdown for my niece, but we did get past it.“

“Traveling and just stopped for coffee. Was blown away by the charming atmosphere! And yes, like any real speakeasy, there is a secret which probably gets missed by most! Very cool! The owners are the sweetest and they have THEE best baked goods and fantastic coffee.“
