The food is always great, I love their lemon curd crepe, opted for the waffle this time to celebrate National Pancake Day (a waffle is just a pancake with cups to hold the syrup I’ve been told). “Sugarwitch is a queer-owned business with a few rotating vegan options for their ice cream sandwiches. They serve drinks (coffee, tea, & specials) and also make custom ice cream cakes. Sugarwitch is frequently selling their sandwiches at Tower Grove’s Farmer’s Market as well as hosting/sponsoring other community events. “First time and not the last time we dine here, God willing! 🙏🏼♥️🏁 Very busy place, but fantastic service, food, and experience! Josh answered the phone and was so helpful, friendly and welcoming! When we walked in Josh was on it, made us feel we were “regulars”, like he new us personally and Stacey, the hostess that seated us, was equally as welcoming and we were seated promptly. I don’t believe we got our kind servers name, but the beautiful young lady was on it as well. The chefs/kitchen were on par as well, hubby had one of the eggs Benedict with a side of biscuit and gravy, I had the Ranchers beef salad, one of the best beef and blue cheese salads I’ve EVER had, and believe me, I’ve had a “few” 😋🤫😊 Hubs also loved the huge coffee mugs his coffee and my Kahluah/hot chocolate(yum on this damp chilly day)were served in…this where my only complaint would be, my mug was chipped along the rim 😅 All that said, it was just a fantastic way to start our Sunday. Looking forward to sharing this spot with some more loved ones 🙏🏼♥️🏁“

“Living Room has THE best coffee and breakfast in St. Louis. But that’s just what gets you in the door. What keeps you coming back are the amazing staff, inviting vibes, excellent work stations (for those of us who wfh but need to have people around), and community engagement. Seriously, they have the best cortados, seasonal drinks, and bacon. But they are also vegetarian and vegan friendly and have a great selection of teas and other drinks for weirdos who don’t drink coffee. I love knowing that visiting LR means my money is going to a family-owned small business who invest in their community and put people over profit. 10/10.“

I called and asked if curbside delivery was an option. Ashlyn said no, but then replied “how far are you and I’ll run it out.” That’s the definition of customizing customer service for each customer.
