“City Coffee House & Creperie is a great place to escape, the vibe is that of a hidden cafe. The food is always great, I love their lemon curd crepe, opted for the waffle this time to celebrate National Pancake Day (a waffle is just a pancake with cups to hold the syrup I’ve been told). You cannot go wrong with any selection on the board. Fresh ingredients and great staff!!“

I don’t believe we got our kind servers name, but the beautiful young lady was on it as well. The chefs/kitchen were on par as well, hubby had one of the eggs Benedict with a side of biscuit and gravy, I had the Ranchers beef salad, one of the best beef and blue cheese salads I’ve EVER had, and believe me, I’ve had a “few” 😋🤫😊 Hubs also loved the huge coffee mugs his coffee and my Kahluah/hot chocolate(yum on this damp chilly day)were served in…this where my only complaint would be, my mug was chipped along the rim 😅 All that said, it was just a fantastic way to start our Sunday. The line was very long but moved quickly, coffee served even quicker! We weren't able to snag an available table but were happy to take our coffee to go (and went antique shopping down the road)! It made a great combination and we will definitely be back on our next trip to STL.“

It went beyond good customer service. There was a genuine caring for everyone that walked in. Though they were busy, they took time to explain the menu and make suggestions where needed. “Wow this place was amazing, I cannot wait to go back next time I’m in town!!! The menu was a unique take on brunch familiar brunch items. Everything sounded so good it was tough to decide what to get. We all got different meals to share and all of it was delicious! And pretty big portions, oh it was SO good. I had a medicinal mushroom coffee tasted great and had me feeling great all day.“

“I can’t believe I just discovered Cafe Miami! What a fantastic little spot. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and full of personality. I loved all the Miami-themed decor, colorful artwork, and quirky touches throughout the café. It felt like stepping into a neighborhood café in South Florida.

I started with a cortadito and a guava pastry, and both were outstanding. (Pictured!) The cortadito was rich, smooth, and perfectly sweet, and the guava pastry was flaky, buttery, and absolutely delicious.

For food, I had the Cuban sandwich, which was soooo good! Combination of ham, pickles, mustard, and cheese was spot on. My partner also tried one of their breakfast sandwiches with egg, cheese, and sausage, and it was equally impressive. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly.

The owners and staff were super awesome. Chatted with them a bit as I used to fly back and forth to Miami in summers, and was hooked on Cuban coffees and guava pastries! I’m so glad I found this place!

If you love Cuban coffee, authentic sandwiches, fresh pastries, and supporting local businesses, Cafe Miami is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back for another cortadito and guava pastry!

“This location is built around a vinyl record/hifi music concept so music is a huge part of the experience.

Coffee is pretty consistent (similar to the other locations) with seasonal drinks and house-made syrups.

I believe the food options are the same as well although I didn't try any at this location.

Stylish, cozy, and trendy. Great for casual hangs or solo coffee runs (music can be loud though).“

“Mariposa has a wonderful menu that included entrees as well as salads and sandwiches. It has a fantastic atmosphere that feels clean, fresh, and modern. Our server, Buffy, has been my favorite for at least 13 years. I love Buffy’s vibrant personality and she is the face of Mariposa! Everyone adores her!
