We wanted a special breakfast and, by golly, we got it! Meshuggah Cafe is cute as all get out, with fabulous art for sale on the walls. Oh, and the food is great, too! I loved the vibe. There were a lot of students with laptops, which makes sense given the cafe's proximity to Washington University. The staff taking our order and delivering our food... all very nice and cool. Everything bagel is so far my favorite bagel in STL. Great service and lots of seating! I've only been on weekends and it gets pretty busy but the service and food is pretty fast!

Looking for a hearty breakfast and well made coffee to set me up for full day on the Loop and surrounding area, and this place hit it on both. Had the Bruno on everything bagel with extra bacon and it was chock full…maybe even over generous on the eggs, but I was happy about that. Chilled atmosphere made even better by the eighties tunes they put on whilst I was there.
