“Best place to eat/snack in the mall. Several years ago my daughter got hooked on the lemon bowtie pasta salad to the point she would ask me to stop in and bring some home. She finally started making her own. Today I grabbed a snack box with whipped ricotta and olive oil, crackers, pecans & dried strawberries, and fresh pears. Omg. Im gonna have to stop in and bring some home now. 😊“

The food is always great, I love their lemon curd crepe, opted for the waffle this time to celebrate National Pancake Day (a waffle is just a pancake with cups to hold the syrup I’ve been told). You cannot go wrong with any selection on the board. Fresh ingredients and great staff!!“

“This location is built around a vinyl record/hifi music concept so music is a huge part of the experience.

Coffee is pretty consistent (similar to the other locations) with seasonal drinks and house-made syrups.

I believe the food options are the same as well although I didn't try any at this location.

Stylish, cozy, and trendy. Great for casual hangs or solo coffee runs (music can be loud though).“

“Pulled into HIVE Cafe with my kids while my car was getting worked on down the street… honestly just needed somewhere to survive for an hour. Instead?? We found a hidden gem. The food was so good my kids went silent… which honestly felt medically concerning at first. The service? So friendly I briefly considered asking if they wanted to adopt us.And the space? Cozy, clean, and cute enough to make me forget I was there against my will. At this point I’m not saying I want my car to break down again… but I’m also not not saying that. 11/10. Would fake a mechanical issue to come back.“

“Amazing place with an ever changing menu where a lot of their menu items are made in house. I had the fish and chips last week and the stand out were the house made chips and macaroni. Billie my waitress was very attentive and making sure that everything about my food was served correctly and even made sure I got my appetizers before I left.

“I don't think businesses realize how important customer service is! Amazing customer service by the lady who served us yesterday afternoon, I'm assuming she's an owner. My peach smoothie was delicious! My blueberry muffin & bagel did not make the picture! The blueberry muffin was really good! We sat upstairs talking for hours!“

“I will be honest: I came for the experience. The one, the original DeMun Kaldi's!!
The pastry I had was great. The espresso was perfectly presented, with chocolate-covered coffee beans and a Gibraltar of sparkling water on a nice wooden tray. The espresso itself, ok, it was not dialed-in. Watery, not well-extracted, a mostly flat flavor profile. But, I am not sure one goes to Kaldi's for their espresso, rather than for their great vibe!“

“Great coffee shop!! It was half a mile from my hotel so I walked there, enjoyed the nice scenery and it was on a Saturday so traffic was very minimal. Service was great and they are creative with their foam designs. Coffee was very good! If you're in the Clayton business district in St. Louis, I highly recommend going here!!“

“I had the opportunity to meet Vanesa this morning and it was a great coffee/matcha experience. She was very attentive to my unique order and everything was perfect. I had her make a double americano with half caffeinated and half regular. Perfectly concentrated flavorful americano. I also had an iced matcha made up with no milk and slightly more concentrated… she knew to add less water to the cup so it was just right! Stop by this lovely shop it is a gem and a wonderful experience. Her prices are very fair compared to other shops too…so please tip well. Thank Vanessa for her service while you are there!“

When we walked in Josh was on it, made us feel we were “regulars”, like he new us personally and Stacey, the hostess that seated us, was equally as welcoming and we were seated promptly. I don’t believe we got our kind servers name, but the beautiful young lady was on it as well. The chefs/kitchen were on par as well, hubby had one of the eggs Benedict with a side of biscuit and gravy, I had the Ranchers beef salad, one of the best beef and blue cheese salads I’ve EVER had, and believe me, I’ve had a “few” 😋🤫😊 Hubs also loved the huge coffee mugs his coffee and my Kahluah/hot chocolate(yum on this damp chilly day)were served in…this where my only complaint would be, my mug was chipped along the rim 😅 All that said, it was just a fantastic way to start our Sunday. “I've been to several Kaldi's locations around the area, and this is one of my favorites. Right in downtown Kirkwood near the shops and train. Each Kaldi's has its own unique food, and the avocado toast and breakfast burrito here were both excellent.“

“Living Room has THE best coffee and breakfast in St. Louis. But that’s just what gets you in the door. What keeps you coming back are the amazing staff, inviting vibes, excellent work stations (for those of us who wfh but need to have people around), and community engagement. Seriously, they have the best cortados, seasonal drinks, and bacon. But they are also vegetarian and vegan friendly and have a great selection of teas and other drinks for weirdos who don’t drink coffee. I love knowing that visiting LR means my money is going to a family-owned small business who invest in their community and put people over profit. 10/10.“
