“Best place to eat/snack in the mall. Several years ago my daughter got hooked on the lemon bowtie pasta salad to the point she would ask me to stop in and bring some home. She finally started making her own. Today I grabbed a snack box with whipped ricotta and olive oil, crackers, pecans & dried strawberries, and fresh pears. Omg. Im gonna have to stop in and bring some home now. 😊“

The food is always great, I love their lemon curd crepe, opted for the waffle this time to celebrate National Pancake Day (a waffle is just a pancake with cups to hold the syrup I’ve been told). When we walked in Josh was on it, made us feel we were “regulars”, like he new us personally and Stacey, the hostess that seated us, was equally as welcoming and we were seated promptly. I don’t believe we got our kind servers name, but the beautiful young lady was on it as well. The chefs/kitchen were on par as well, hubby had one of the eggs Benedict with a side of biscuit and gravy, I had the Ranchers beef salad, one of the best beef and blue cheese salads I’ve EVER had, and believe me, I’ve had a “few” 😋🤫😊 Hubs also loved the huge coffee mugs his coffee and my Kahluah/hot chocolate(yum on this damp chilly day)were served in…this where my only complaint would be, my mug was chipped along the rim 😅 All that said, it was just a fantastic way to start our Sunday. “Pulled into HIVE Cafe with my kids while my car was getting worked on down the street… honestly just needed somewhere to survive for an hour. Instead?? We found a hidden gem. The food was so good my kids went silent… which honestly felt medically concerning at first. The service? So friendly I briefly considered asking if they wanted to adopt us.And the space? Cozy, clean, and cute enough to make me forget I was there against my will. At this point I’m not saying I want my car to break down again… but I’m also not not saying that. 11/10. Coffee is pretty consistent (similar to the other locations) with seasonal drinks and house-made syrups.

I believe the food options are the same as well although I didn't try any at this location.

“Living Room has THE best coffee and breakfast in St. Louis. But that’s just what gets you in the door. What keeps you coming back are the amazing staff, inviting vibes, excellent work stations (for those of us who wfh but need to have people around), and community engagement. Seriously, they have the best cortados, seasonal drinks, and bacon. But they are also vegetarian and vegan friendly and have a great selection of teas and other drinks for weirdos who don’t drink coffee. I love knowing that visiting LR means my money is going to a family-owned small business who invest in their community and put people over profit. 10/10.“

“A small and wonderful Boba Tea cafe with smoothies, coffees, sparkling juice sodas, bingsu shaved ice desserts and more! They have games to play in the cafe. Everything can be customized on the order screen- type of milk, how much ice, variety of boba, sweetness level and more. Just tried their chocolate bingsu— amazing! And seasonal hot coffee was great.“

“I had the opportunity to meet Vanesa this morning and it was a great coffee/matcha experience. She was very attentive to my unique order and everything was perfect. I had her make a double americano with half caffeinated and half regular. Perfectly concentrated flavorful americano. I also had an iced matcha made up with no milk and slightly more concentrated… she knew to add less water to the cup so it was just right! “On July 12, got two orders of the hot honey chicken tender sandwich. They were overcooked and were hard and dried out. The last time I had them, they were cooked just right and very tender. Lately, I feel it is hit or miss.“

“I had seen this on someone elses post on Instagram. I searched locations and none were near me so I forgot about it for a while. It wasnt until we were in St. Louis that I came across it again and I couldnt let the opportunity to try it pass me by.

My husband and I stopped in and it was and amazing atmosphere. A calm and relaxing place. Quiet enough to read a book. it had so many option fo pastries and savory treats. I had such a hard time choosing what I wanted to try because everything looked so good. I ended up picking a few items and my husband another few. Everything I ate was so flavorful and delicately crafted. I fell in love with this place and was sad to know it might be a long time before I could try it again since I live 7 hors away.

Or so I thought until about a week ago I found a location for Tous les Jours an hour and half away from me in Omaha NE 🥹 I was so excited and have plans to try this location in the next few days. Review for that one soon to come.“
