“Always loved Nordstrom and how they are with their customer service. Went in today with my daughter and Angie ( She was with the make up dept, Not sure if she was which brand she was with) She was very sweet and came to greet me right away and asked if I needed help. And she sure did! Customer service at its best! Helped me with my Laura Mercier powder. Got my it replaced! She was so sweet to my daughter as well. It’s great to find staff who has pride in their work and is happy to be of service. Thanks Angie!“

“I just left this location and there was an issue with a customer’s drink in front of us, as I don’t know the story about what went wrong, I do know that the customer was going off on the staff and also took an unconsensual photo of them, and was being super loud and disruptive in front of surrounding customers. If there was an issue with a drink it could’ve been handled much calmer and respectfully.
Following this, the staff apologized to all customers for having experienced that situation and were very kind to us. Our drinks were wonderful and very quickly made despite the issue at hand. They responded very kindly and gave good service despite the disturbance and pressuring circumstances!!“

When we walked in Josh was on it, made us feel we were “regulars”, like he new us personally and Stacey, the hostess that seated us, was equally as welcoming and we were seated promptly. I don’t believe we got our kind servers name, but the beautiful young lady was on it as well. The chefs/kitchen were on par as well, hubby had one of the eggs Benedict with a side of biscuit and gravy, I had the Ranchers beef salad, one of the best beef and blue cheese salads I’ve EVER had, and believe me, I’ve had a “few” 😋🤫😊 Hubs also loved the huge coffee mugs his coffee and my Kahluah/hot chocolate(yum on this damp chilly day)were served in…this where my only complaint would be, my mug was chipped along the rim 😅 All that said, it was just a fantastic way to start our Sunday. “This is very much a classic busy office coffee shop that actually does good coffee. The barista’s are fantastic. I travel for work and I’m not here every day. But when I come back after a month or two, they still remember my name and some of them still remember my drink. They are quick, they are nice, and the food and coffee are both amazing.“

No poaching and a little too much lime on avocado reason for lost star. Will return.“

“I go to Kaldi’s in Kirkwood for the gooey butter cake. The slice is dense and buttery, with a soft, sticky middle that tastes like butter and sugar. I would drive out of state for it. The coffee is strong and worth ordering with the cake. I like the patio, and this is the best gooey butter cake I have found.“

I don't like the ipads with the built in tips that they shove in your face.
The electronic tipping should be an extra screen that you navigate to when you want. The tip shouldn't be a maze of buttons to navigate just to pay.
I paid with a card and handed them a dollar.
They get busier than SB's.
