“Today my sister and I stopped by here to get breakfast
We took it back to the Laundromat to eat. We found out that they had left out an item from our order so, called and a gentleman by the name James of course told us to come back by to pick it up. We went back and James came to the window with our item. He then offered us something from the lunch menu because breakfast was over. My sister asked for a Big Mac, I was ok. When it was brought out, the order also contained cookies that were included for our inconvenience. I don't know about you but, I feel that the meaning of customer service left every field many, many years ago. I applaud and thank James very much for surprising us with a courtesy that was lost a long time ago.

“i realized months later i posted this review on google but not here. after getting a notification that their google page received yet again another negative review regarding THE SAME ISSUE i expierenced, i felt compelled to post here. First off, I miss Amy. She was great—always smiled, made customers feel welcomed. The crew they have now is just a bunch of kids who have absolutely no work ethic nor common decency toward their customers. I ordered an iced matcha latte with cinnamon syrup. The gal who handed me my drink did not say anything… was rude. I took a drink of my iced matcha and settled at the bottom was about a half-inch of pure cane sugar. When I brought it to the window to address it, the gal who made it— instead of apologizing and offering to remake it—began to argue, stating, “Well I made it and I know I didn’t put sugar in it.” So that was fun. Then, when I requested my drink be refunded, she began arguing with me to just remake it instead of refunding me. Sincerely hope they train their new staff on being kind to customers and basic people skills. However, they have officially lost another customer. It appears I am not the only one who has had an issue with the new staff… that’s a shame. For reference, this occurred during the summer of 2025.“

“Used to have to go to Wisconsin to get Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream Company’s ice cream but now it’s available in our region. Stopped by for a shot of espresso over a scoop of ‘#*!*Serious’ (an affogato) and it was fantastic. Best ever. So nice to have a coffee AND ice cream shop under one roof. Courteous staff, too! Next time I’m going to take my wife and do a little local shopping. Beautiful downtown Main Street area.“

“I got a call from my mom crying this morning saying this location was wonderful. My dad is on hospice and my mom wanted to get donuts for the nurses coming in today and my mom said I don’t know what I want I just need donuts for my husbands hospice team. They said go ahead and pull around. My mom pulled around and 2 people walked out to her car with a dozen donuts and cried with her as they all hugged. We need more people like the employees at this location. All it takes is kindness and compassion. Thank you Festus Dunkin! Cheese and crackers were fine,but I failed to notice the brown apples until after I was gone…. Lesson learned. The grapes and apples were bad. The expiration date was today. Just an FYI. I typically have no issues.“

“Every local McDonalds has broken Kiosks. This one was no different. 2 of the 4 screens were off and the one working had an open receipt door. The one one I used(facing away from counter against playback glass) had no receipt paper. This is the only one I've seen that had an employee stationed at the counter though.“
