“Okay so why does nobody do fast food Italian?

I almost never write fast food reviews but these folks were so friendly and we were so surprised by the value that a review seemed absolutely required, hard plastic benches and all.

Fazoli's was new to me, but they are a chain that seems ubiquitous in the Midwest. They mostly offer Italian style food to go. This is much faster than a traditional Italian experience (and wasn't the food quality we experienced on the hill) but it was definitely good food for an exceptional price. We both ordered spaghetti one with meatballs one with meat sauce, our order came with breadsticks also and the total food cost was less than we paid for our coffee earlier in the morning.

The folks at this specific store overheard the discussion about not having been there before and were exceptionally friendly and engaging.

If you are a local you probably know all about these and likely have strong opinions one way or the other, if you haven't seen this before though you have to give it a try.“

I’ve visited the Chick-fil-A in Arnold, Missouri, many times, and it continues to impress me. Even during the busiest lunch rush, the drive-thru moves with impressive efficiency. The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of service Chick-fil-A is known for, but this location takes it to another level.

A team member named Mathew went out of his way to call me by my first name. He noticed that I used the restroom shortly after enjoying my delicious meal, took the opportunity to ask my son what my name was, and remembered it for our next visit. That’s very impressive, considering how many customers he serves each day!

Definitely the best fast-food stop in the area. Oh, and the chicken is great too!“

“Okay, so MOST of the time when we get fast food.....it's just a hurried order and FAST experience.....like fast food in general and most of the employees....like not that their rude....just getting people in & out. Ya know? Tonite we went to Arby's here in Arnold and it was like a whole DIFFERENT experience! Our cashier was amazing and she went above and beyond....she didn't make me feel anxious or rushed when ordering....made sure the kiddos had all their sauces and even brought Landon a tray like Mom & Dad had. ♥️ She was so polite & knew her job very well..... Their lobby was sparkly clean and it was all around a whole different experience than what we are used to. So, shout out to Kim, at Arby's Arnold! :) You absolutely made this Momma's night...I didn't have to cook and felt comfortable & welcome. ♥️ Thank you!“

“Best White Castle I’ve had in a really long time. Very pleasant and the food was ready almost instantly and it was awesome. I don’t live close to this one but it’s my go to every time that’s how good it is. I think it’s crazy how tipping is nowadays but this crew earned it and then some. Thank you guys so much for what you do because everyone knows working in fast food is not easy by any means so thank you.“

“You can never go wrong with Raising Cane’s! The food is always fresh, the chicken is hot and crispy, and the Cane’s sauce is unbeatable. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the service is always fast. One of my favorite places to grab a quick meal!“

“Just wow...the staff goes above and beyond. The food was hot and fresh..the entire restaurant looked like it just got power washed. The staff was very helpful and friendly and respectful. I wish that I could give them 6 stars but the most Google will allow is 5...so excellent 5+outta 5 🌟 stars. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Arnold area give a bite to eat 😋“

“I went in 25 minutes before close and felt really bad about it. However, the staff were still very nice and offered the best customer service despite it being almost close time. “Every time I visit this Taco Bell drive thru, I am absolutely blown away by the incredible service from this young man, Andrew. He is consistently polite, deeply appreciative, and always goes out of his way to thank me for coming. He wraps up every single interaction by genuinely wishing me a great day. Honestly, his energy feels like a literal ray of sunshine. His mom definitely raised him right! Taco Bell is so lucky to have him on their team.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“A friend picked up three party boxes for an event at my house. The Arnold shop did a great job! The three boxes of sandwiches and a veggie tray all looked very professional and appetizing. It was a big hit with guests. Thanks for such a nice job!“

“I don’t wanna say I don’t recommend this location but if I’m paying $30 bucks I should be getting $30 worth of food. The girl who did my order for the meat portion should work at chipotle for how little she gave me. I get it there’s budgeting but I remember a time where I was always satisfied with my Qdoba order. Not today.“

“I came in today, and one of the customers was extremely rude to this young lady with glasses and piercings. I couldn’t find corporate number to not make a complaint but to contradict a customers complaint as I witnessed the customer be extremely rude then follow the employee out to their vehicle and take pictures of them and their vehicle bashing them online and posting them. So please ensure your employee knows they handled it well and I’m sorry they had to deal with the Karen! Update- as your employee left work the woman also followed her taking pictures and swerved her own vehicle st your worker in their vehicle. I seen a post on facebook but it has been deleted from Casey coulter. Sorry for any inconvenience it would just be wrong letting some lady possibly getting your employees job terminated“

“Came in just a few minutes before close with a 3 sandwich order and only 1 person working. The one person working was Milton and he was great. He was very professional, hospitable and it was definitely appreciated. We live close and will definitely be back.“

“This Subway is by far thee best!! I don’t care what time you go, the food is always fresh. So-So many Subway managers around St.Louis can certainly learn a few pointers from this Arnold location inside of Walmart. The ceilings and vents are even spic and span! Highly Impressed!!“
