I’ve visited the Chick-fil-A in Arnold, Missouri, many times, and it continues to impress me. Even during the busiest lunch rush, the drive-thru moves with impressive efficiency. The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of service Chick-fil-A is known for, but this location takes it to another level.

A team member named Mathew went out of his way to call me by my first name. He noticed that I used the restroom shortly after enjoying my delicious meal, took the opportunity to ask my son what my name was, and remembered it for our next visit. That’s very impressive, considering how many customers he serves each day!

“Okay, so MOST of the time when we get fast food.....it's just a hurried order and FAST experience.....like fast food in general and most of the employees....like not that their rude....just getting people in & out. Ya know? Tonite we went to Arby's here in Arnold and it was like a whole DIFFERENT experience! Our cashier was amazing and she went above and beyond....she didn't make me feel anxious or rushed when ordering....made sure the kiddos had all their sauces and even brought Landon a tray like Mom & Dad had. ♥️ She was so polite & knew her job very well..... Their lobby was sparkly clean and it was all around a whole different experience than what we are used to. “Fazoli in Arnold is fantastic!!! They were so easy to work with when we brought a bus of 40 people (27 of which are high school athletes). Food was fast, delicious, and hot! Service was great even though they were short-handed. They worked together to get us our food and didn’t miss one thing. I will bring back our teams to this location whenever we are traveling through. Highly recommend! Mngr Rob Marino was so great to work with and his other 2 employees were awesome!“

We didn't even say that we were done ordering and he immediately said our total and said to pull up. The food was good but everything was sort of soaked. Half the napkins were unusable because they had already soaked up all the grease, but the rest of the staff was nice.“

While I've never had a horrible experience at Arby's, I can't say I've always had 5 star service at Arby's, nor been this favorable about every visit. But on Saturday September 25, at the Lamplighter Square store in St. Louis, I became a huge fan of Arby's again. “This Wendy's is fantastic. My mom was in the rehab facility down the street so I ate here for lunch a lot of days for about 2 weeks in a row and you can really find out about a place when you eat there almost every day. I mostly had breakfast and lunch and was all through the drive-thru. Every single time the food was good, and the wait time and prices are reasonable. I got a salad several times and it was fresh and delicious every time and I got a burger and fries and some cookies and it was all hot and fresh and delicious too. I wish I knew her name but the girl with the short black hair that works the drive-thru window does a really good job and so does the lady with the distinctive voice that works the speaker. I think this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area and I really like their salads so I'm sure I'll be back a lot. I'm not even going to try another Wendy's because I don't want to be disappointed this one does so well!“

“Order from here all the time, and it is one of the best White Castle locations I've been to on a regular basis. I've never had an item missing from them, the food is well prepared and served hot. Service is friendly, present, and positive.

Occasionally can be slow, but that's the nature of the industry. Ordering delivery consequentially isn't any better alternative really unless scheduled well in advance.“

I placed our order online as we left the airport, but forgot to change the time we'd be at the restaurant. I called and I'm assuming it was Josie who answered (got her name from my receipt) - she was so sweet and accommodating and said she'd hold the order until closer to 1am. When we pulled in, they were in the process of making our order. The food was hot, fresh, and they definitely didn't skimp on the portions! “The service here is great, however, the food quality control is questionable. I ordered a Mexican pizza and a crunchy taco supreme to-go. I opened it up when I got home for dinner. The taco was good, but the Mexican pizza was spoiled. The tortilla shell was rancid and tasted like stale cardboard. It was noticeably past its expiration date. I threw the whole thing out, since it was inedible and I didn’t want to get food poisoning.
I went back the next day after speaking with the manager that day and she said to come in and they will provide a new Mexican pizza. I was able to get another Mexican pizza that tasted delicious and was not spoiled.“

“The McDonald's here is better than some worse than others. In my opinion it is a rly good McDonald's most of the time. The food here is good (for being fast food) and the workers here are nice (almost all the time) I get here a lot and am almost never disappointed. They always give lots of napkins sometimes they forget sauces on the side but that's fine depending on what you are get. Their fries are rly good and so are their chicken nuggets. There are several options to choose from, so it’s easy to find something for different tastes. The seating area is usually pretty clean, and there’s a decent amount of space even during busier times. Like most mall food courts, the food isn’t anything super special, but it’s good enough for a quick meal or snack break. Overall, it does its job well.“

I then held a tournament outside where the employees and customers had to battle one another until, finally, one of them stood victorious above all others. They then would have gotten to battle me for full dominance of the Freddie's, but then the cops showed up and we all had to scurry.
Nah, that's not really what happened. I just brought the forgotten burger to their attention courteously and they apologized and gave me my missing burger. Honest mistakes, both the burger and this review. We all get confused sometimes.

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“
