“The staff at this store are amazing human beings. I called for delivery, but they do not deliver to my address, they told me they would give me a discount to pick it up. I thanked them and mentioned it was my Birthday and it was a nice suprise to get a discount. When I arrived to pick up my order, the guy that brought it out said " Happy Birthday! We all chipped in and got you a Birthday cookie." I cried, the day before this, my son had 2 horrible seizures, so I was in a sad state of mind, the gesture you all made touched my heart. The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of service Chick-fil-A is known for, but this location takes it to another level.

A team member named Mathew went out of his way to call me by my first name. He noticed that I used the restroom shortly after enjoying my delicious meal, took the opportunity to ask my son what my name was, and remembered it for our next visit. That’s very impressive, considering how many customers he serves each day!

Ya know? Tonite we went to Arby's here in Arnold and it was like a whole DIFFERENT experience! Our cashier was amazing and she went above and beyond....she didn't make me feel anxious or rushed when ordering....made sure the kiddos had all their sauces and even brought Landon a tray like Mom & Dad had. ♥️ She was so polite & knew her job very well..... “Fazoli in Arnold is fantastic!!! They were so easy to work with when we brought a bus of 40 people (27 of which are high school athletes). Food was fast, delicious, and hot! Service was great even though they were short-handed. They worked together to get us our food and didn’t miss one thing. I will bring back our teams to this location whenever we are traveling through. Highly recommend! Mngr Rob Marino was so great to work with and his other 2 employees were awesome!“

She chose a birthday dinner from the Herculaneum Dairy Queen (DQ) on our way to her dance class last night. We love THIS DQ! Their team is always super friendly and courteous. The food is made fresh when we order it. This location is currently under construction, but they are still open, ready to serve their tasty food, while helping our community. The Dairy Queen Herculaneum location participates in many events to give back to our Festus-area schools, residents and charities. “When we pulled up at the drive-thru, the person talking through the speaker was very rushed. He barely even heard anything we said and rushed us to be done ordering. We didn't even say that we were done ordering and he immediately said our total and said to pull up. The food was good but everything was sort of soaked. Half the napkins were unusable because they had already soaked up all the grease, but the rest of the staff was nice.“

While I've never had a horrible experience at Arby's, I can't say I've always had 5 star service at Arby's, nor been this favorable about every visit. But on Saturday September 25, at the Lamplighter Square store in St. Louis, I became a huge fan of Arby's again. My mom was in the rehab facility down the street so I ate here for lunch a lot of days for about 2 weeks in a row and you can really find out about a place when you eat there almost every day. I mostly had breakfast and lunch and was all through the drive-thru. Every single time the food was good, and the wait time and prices are reasonable. I got a salad several times and it was fresh and delicious every time and I got a burger and fries and some cookies and it was all hot and fresh and delicious too. I wish I knew her name but the girl with the short black hair that works the drive-thru window does a really good job and so does the lady with the distinctive voice that works the speaker. I think this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area and I really like their salads so I'm sure I'll be back a lot. I'm not even going to try another Wendy's because I don't want to be disappointed this one does so well!“

“The McDonald's here is better than some worse than others. In my opinion it is a rly good McDonald's most of the time. The food here is good (for being fast food) and the workers here are nice (almost all the time) I get here a lot and am almost never disappointed. They always give lots of napkins sometimes they forget sauces on the side but that's fine depending on what you are get. Their fries are rly good and so are their chicken nuggets. I come here a lot for school trips during summer school (I go voluntarily) and they are always super nice then too. Overall 7/10 😋😎🫶😊😍“

“The service here is great, however, the food quality control is questionable. I ordered a Mexican pizza and a crunchy taco supreme to-go. I opened it up when I got home for dinner. The taco was good, but the Mexican pizza was spoiled. The tortilla shell was rancid and tasted like stale cardboard. It was noticeably past its expiration date. I threw the whole thing out, since it was inedible and I didn’t want to get food poisoning.
I went back the next day after speaking with the manager that day and she said to come in and they will provide a new Mexican pizza. I was able to get another Mexican pizza that tasted delicious and was not spoiled.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“This place used to be run by the nastiest owner on Earth. He would skimp on the toppings and yell at people for using the restroom or getting refills. Luckily, it’s under new ownership! The new ladies who own it are much friendlier, and the store is finally clean and well-stocked. It’s crazy what a difference new ownership can make!“
