“We ordered pizza tonight and some sides for future delivery. The driver was on time and very polite. He had called me to let me know they were out of one of the sodas I’d ordered. Since I didn’t pickup, he brought one of everything they had in stock to let me choose. I wish I would have asked his name. I hope he sees this. You obviously love your job. It’s not everyday that someone in customer service goes above and beyond the way you did. You’re amazing and your parents should be very proud of the kind young man they raised“
“The food has been great every time that I've been to Sonic unfortunately the service there was very poor she pretty much just kind of through our food in through the window and was super quick about it didn't say thank you or have a great evening or nothing so maybe Sonic needs to work on their customer service“

“BEST SANDWICHES I HAVE RVER TASTED!!! I like sandwiches like burgers, or PB&J's or turkey sandwiches. But I HATE sub sandwiches. But Subway is different, Jimmy John's and Penn Station are descusting to me. But when I get the Turkey Italiano with provolone on 9-grain with some black olives, spinach and pickles, some tomatoes, and a little bit of ranch with salt and pepper. HEAVEN! Eat here if you don't know what to eat!“
“This location is currently a KFC/Taco Bell although it sounds like this will only be a KFC soon. We currently like being able to buy both KFC & Taco Bell at the same time. We'll come back here when it's just a KFC but I'm not sure that I won't be disappointed.“

“I go to the Waterloo Hardee’s on a random schedule and it can be right after lunchtime, near dinner time or even right before closing. I have always had good food given to me. And by that I mean Cooked properly (meat done through out), and only a couple of times was it slightly messy prepared. But my most recent visit (3/12/24 @ 8:04:14PM) was EXCEPTIONAL!! I purposely ask the first names of the cashier (Malayna) and the male employee (Jerry) we had courteous service from as well as from (Malayna). Even though I very seldom see the location extra busy, I have not had poor service or food product. And I’ve been addicted to Frisco Burgers for as long as they came on menu years ago. I’m a proud 58yr old, lol. Been around before the ⭐️ Star was on the signs. Great Job last night Jerry and Malayna. Hope y’all get told that a compliment was given on you both. Btw, I have 36 years Management Experience in Restaurant Businesses and give reviews when they are very deserving! Good or not. I recommend Hardee’s Frisco all day everyday, lol.?? And if you don’t eat the apple pies you need to, no restaurant can compare to Hardee’s kind.“
“The location seemed fine. My work truck is kind of large for the drive-thru so they let me come inside because the doors were locked. Covid restrictions are over and they told me that they were doing a deep clean of the restaurant. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and some fries and that was it. In and out within 5 minutes“
“Almost always use the drive thru and the service is always outstanding. Food order is always correct and hot. Its definitely worth the couple extra dollars to come here and get the quality.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps at all sidewalks doorways were clear of obstructions.“
