My food was hot and fresh. Our service was really good the kid behind the counter was sweet too.
Placed an online order for cupcake icecream cake with special colored icing for 3 different children on a Thursday. The confirmation email stated the order will be ready on Saturday at 11am. I tried calling the store to see if the order was ready at 11am on Saturday and no answer. Drove to the store to be told they did not receive the order and I could take what I needed from the freezer that was already complete. There were none of the colors made that I had ordered.
