“This was a surprise. The food is outstanding—large, oversized servings, and the service is quick and friendly. I wish this restaurant were closer to my home so I could attend more often.

This is a bar that serves great food. There is no dress code or white tablecloth toppers. In fact, the tabletops used to be the bowling lanes from a since-closed local bowling alley. The lanes were repurposed as tabletops.

The RRR is strictly casual and fun. The music is contemporary and classic rock; I heard both.

The drinks are generous, and the pricing is more than reasonable. I suspect afternoon dining at all ages is encouraged, but the evening is likely for those 21 years of age and older.”

“Friends brought us here to eat. I don't know if I could find it again. But it would be worth it to try because we had a great dinner! Most of us got the special, which was pork chops, & that was very good. I want to mention the salad bar, though. I haven't seen a good salad bar in years. This was a great salad bar! It's priced either for a single trip or for a full meal. The single trip was prefect for me. And, if I remember correctly, they have all-you-can-eat fried chicken in Sundays. We might need to try to find that soon!”

There were people talking from table to table, people laughing, and we were greeted the minute we walked in the door! And let me tell you, we were not disappointed! From the friendly staff to the absolutely amazing, homemade food, we could not have ask for anything more! Although this place looks small on the outside, there is plenty of room on the inside! You must give this place a try! We live in Shiloh, Illinois but will definitely be making the trip again! It's so hard to find great diners with homemade food like this anymore! Make sure you check out their hours before you go! And don't forget to get you a piece of pie!”

“I am updating this Review. My previous review was one star on each one after having the same sandwich completely butchered twice in one week and no, I did not ask for a refund either time. But today I decided I really wanted the sandwich. I didn't want to drive to a different town to get it so I ordered it and let me tell you I am so pleasantly surprised not only did they make it correctly, but they even gave me extra sauce and pepperoncini'a on the side and that was not necessary. It was not something that was paid for so I appreciate that 100% I don't know who it was at the window. He was kind respectful and whoever made the food obviously time and was also thoughtful about it so I am updating this review because I am pleasantly surprised with, how the service was today and unless something happens will stay the way it is. ☺️”

“I have always found the staff here to be super friendly, some are a little more attentive than others but the service is generally good. I ordered the fish and chips. Our server stated the fish comes with fries, I wasn’t sure how to take that as I have a noticeable British accent. The fries were a little dry but the food was hot and fish was
good. The restaurant is also clean and well maintained.”

“We ordered pizza tonight and some sides for future delivery. The driver was on time and very polite. He had called me to let me know they were out of one of the sodas I’d ordered. Since I didn’t pickup, he brought one of everything they had in stock to let me choose. I wish I would have asked his name. I hope he sees this. You obviously love your job. It’s not everyday that someone in customer service goes above and beyond the way you did. You’re amazing and your parents should be very proud of the kind young man they raised”

“Came in tonight around 6:30 pm. The place was clean, and warm. Our server Hannah was so sweet. We order a sirloin and eggs among other items. The female cook did an amazing job with everyone's meal. But the steak was absolutely the best! Great job.”
