We ordered pizza tonight and some sides for future delivery. The driver was on time and very polite. He had called me to let me know they were out of one of the sodas I’d ordered. Since I didn’t pickup, he brought one of everything they had in stock to let me choose. I wish I would have asked his name. I hope he sees this. You obviously love your job. They, especially Chris the manager on duty, have gone above and beyond to help us with miscommunications on our delivery orders. We have and always will continue to order from them. Our food has always been hot and fresh. Hats off to all the employees at the Waterloo location. Top notch in our books. Thank you!
