Jody , the assistant manger waited on me today ! He is definitely an asset to your business ! Very professional , friendly and outgoing ! A true pleasure to do business with ! I live in Belleville ,but work in Waterloo , I always stop in Hardee’s for a mushroom Swiss burger ! All of your employees have been very friendly , and food is always hot and good ! Kudos to you all and keep up the good work ! I hope you never close your doors like some of the Hardee’s !
MOD loud and using profanity, only 2 employees scheduled, food was warm at best, music was not the best, and this was a second chance visit so I doubt there will be a third.

Based on the reviews, Hardee's has some very friendly and hardworking crew members. Maddie, Chloe, Grace, Julie, Tawana, Tywanna, and a young man in the drive through are all mentioned for being nice, patient, kind, and fast. Customers say these workers provide amazing service and put a smile on their faces. The weekend crew is described as awesome and consistent. However, the food quality has problems. The biscuits are as hard as a hockey puck, and the Frisco bread is rarely ever toasted. Breakfast is usually the better choice, but the restaurant is not always open on time in the mornings. There is also a lack of managers doing quality control. Many customers feel the hard-working employees deserve a raise, promotion, or major recognition, as they are often short-staffed with only two ladies working, yet they still put good food out with friendly service.
