We haven't been to an Applebee's in years and decided to visit the one in Waterloo. We were promptly greeted and taken to our table. It was a busy Saturday night and the staff were smiling as they moved about the restaurant. We selected the 2 for $25 special and were very happy with our choices. The "side" salads were full sized dinner salads, and our meals arrived sizzling on platters with cast iron skillets.
