“Great place to go or meet with friends. Large out bldg is perfect for large gatherings. It is an open air concept with a large bar and many tables with seating for small or bigger groups. The original bar bldg has a small, covered porch area for outdoor seating with an uncovered party pad with a couple picnic tables around back. The inside bar area is quaint and clean. Two bathrooms, a large U-shaped bar that wraps around by the kitchen and on the other side, 4 gaming machines. Nice bar out in the middle of nowhere between Millstadt, near Paderborn. Good times!Parking: Large number of parking spots in rear of bar, on the side of the pole barn.“

“Main st bar is popular neighborhood bar. Everyone likes going there meeting friends and folks. Sunday are always good days cuz sometimes they had brats or wings for us to enjoy but not always. Popular for Harley bikers. I like this bar and feels like family“
“You just never know what you're going to find here (like a wildcard). Lizzy is pretty, awesome AND pretty awesome. Her tending skills are top-notch in my opinion. I think she deserves a promotion and/or a raise. Thank you for being great at your job!!“
“Not fancy but a great place to meet friends over a plate of fish and your favorite cold beer...inside or out!Parking: Parking on street, behind facility withshortcut through to main building and outdoor picnic tables.Kid-friendliness: Some toys outside for fun in the gravelWheelchair accessibility: No issues“
“What a great barlor! Alex does a great job running the town bar. It’s a great place to hang out, have a beer, or throw a party. Although they have no draught beer, they have a ton of bottle choices. They also have pizzas and they are really good. Staff are always friendly and the bar has been newly expanded. There are five slot machines to play while you hang out. And the bathrooms are always clean. Definitely worth checking out.“
“Apparently in Southern Illinois, the "thing" you do is called Jeeping. When my friends Beth and Nathan invited my boyfriend and I to voyage across the river to their hometown to go Jeeping, we were both afraid, then petrified... but when we pulled into the Fountain Inn, we knew we could survive. I LOVE bars like the Fountain Inn. Unpretentious. Made for locals. And a bar where Michelob Ultra is considered a "hoity toity" beer. But the Fountain Inn was far from a dive. While the exterior of the building may look a little worn, the interior was recently renovated and updated. They even had a roomba to sweep the floor! How high tech. The flow of the bar was open and airy with lots of places to sit and enjoy a cold one on a nice warm day. Outside of the Fountain Inn, there's tons of seating. It was easy to keep your distance. There was also a stage set up with a man in overalls playing a little too much Johnny Cash. But I didn't care. It was live music and Nathan kept the $2 Stag beers coming. I didn't mind the drive from Soulard to the Fountain Inn. It made for a really relaxing mini-day trip.“
“We stumbled upon this great spot for drinks and snacks and were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness. The young staff were professional, fast and attentive, making our brief visit enjoyable. We'll definitely be back for another visit!“
“Had the most excellent meal at Tiny’s. I ordered a fish sandwich and fries. The quality of food and preparation was superb. Wait time was to a minimum, serving staff went above and beyond with a smile on their face and happy to do so. Don even made an appearance to our table to check how our experience was going.“
“This long narrow bar was Packed full of people the night before Christmas Eve. We were a large party celebrating a 21st birthday doing the Waterloo Pub Crawl. We squeezed in, got the two bartenders attention and were provided great service. Then we headed outside to sit by the fire pit out in the fresh air, due to Covid. The place was decorated for Christmas. This is certainly a popular watering hole! You can even buy a t-shirt!“
