This is a great place to eat! We go every Friday for fish, and they have the BEST fish and staff! The owner is so friendly
The woman bartender that was there when we were is horrible. She would rather talk to her friends than actually wait on customers. Other than her not doing her job everyone else was great

Ott's Tavern is a great little tavern and a Millstadt landmark with a nice atmosphere and outdoor seating in a family-friendly beer garden. The restaurant serves some of the best fish in the area, with fish plates, a fish sandwich, and Friday fish specials. They also offer awesome sandwiches and burgers, including a smash burger and hamburgers made with local meat. Sides include coleslaw and hush puppies. The service is always great and the owner is super friendly. However, some recent reviews note inconsistencies, with portions sometimes smaller, fish barely warm, or food quality not as spot on as usual, suggesting it may be getting worse. Despite this, many consider it their favorite place to eat for lunch specials and a good value.
