“A cool little dive bar with pinball machines. On a Sunday night they seem to have some league whereby people play them all night so normal patrons can’t use them. It’s a pretty cool place though, and if you can find a night where you can play pinball or just listen to the jukebox, I’d definitely recommend it. Tiny chef is excellent also and they sell food at a window inside the bar.“

“Ive been going to this venue for the better part of 20 years-Ive never had a bad experience here-staff is always on point- very respectful. Drinks are always well priced for the growing demand of good drinks for good prices- all around amazimg venue that gets all kinds of good music here.
Ive seen dubstep- rock- deathcore- metal- rap- hip hop and black metal.

“This is a place I visit at least 4 times a week. I go for Mrs Pac-Man. The other games are cool but I'm her number one fan. Lol the pizza is amazing the unlimited soda after 1st purchase is great. I'm definitely there every Friday at 3pm to get my free tokens. The 1st 100 people get tokens. I'm definitely a regular and I love it.“

“This place is so, so cool. My cousin took me out for dinner and I had never even heard of this spot. Wow, it’s such a beautiful and moody spot full of charm!! We had to wait 15 minutes for a booth but I didn’t mind because this place serves LOOKS. The decor was awesome! Everything from the stellar service, crispy and lacey smash burgers and gorgeous dining room(s) made me realize why this spot is always recommended to me. We were very happy with our food and it was under $50 for two people! Check out Golden Hoosier, you won’t regret it.“

“I saw the best mime show of my life at Venice Cafe and that’s saying a lot because, as everyone who knows me knows, I am a mime show connoisseur. My favorite part of the show was the dragons that they slipped through the tear in the space/time continuum. Highly recommended bringing cash as the ATM works when it hasn’t been cursed by the Witch of the Woods but she’s been on a tear lately and they’re still working on the protection spell.“

I truly enjoy the lgbtq+/ all-inclusive atmosphere they provide. The music is always top notch, the staff is extremely friendly and quick to serve! They also have a super cute patio and open-air garage area, giving patrons a variety of areas to hang, dance or socialize. They also host some really unique, fun and exciting events that Ive thoroughly enjoyed attending or vending with my business. This Bar is definitely a hidden GEM in St. Louis!“

“I stumbled upon this gem on Halloween and it has easy become me and my friends favorite spot to unwind and enjoy a nice cocktail. “I’ve been coming to grizzly bear for years with friends and family. I love the atmosphere inside and outside. The historical building is absolutely gorgeous. Marie was mine and my sisters bartender and she was so sweet and attentive. Absolutely love her! 10/10 definitely recommend. The wings are delicious and I love playing darts in the front room. Never a dull moment at the grizzly bear.“
