“It's a friendly place to go it has a food menu and sometimes a free meals like chili cook off's fish and crawfish cooks with sides and all are bring a side dish or not but would be nice cause not everyone eats the same like this past Saturday they had free home made lasagna and salad made by a patron to the bar which my husband knew it was delicious there is no smoking in the bar but there is outside even has a closed in area for smoking outside relaxing place to go they have pool tables and slots machines horse shoes game outside and inside restrooms“
“My husband and I went there today as a start to a date night. The guy there explained the flavors and let us try a few before we ordered. The staff was really nice and the drinks are great! “Ken's sits right across from the steel mill and, back in the day, I'm sure it was a rumble tumble place but now it's just a nice neighborhood tavern with three pool tables, an outdoor smoking area that's covered and walled with a privacy fence and child drinks. Like the area, the characters may not always be pretty but they're usually pretty friendly.“
“Doit's Village Inn. What can I say negative about this place. Absolutely nothing. I've been going into this bar for numerous years. And I've always been welcomed with a smile from the bar tender , too the kitchen cooks , to the customers. 5 stars for the food. 5 stars for The cook at Village inn, Mr gravy. One of the nicest men you will ever meet.. I met 2 gentlemen while shooting pool just 2 days ago. And shot pool with them and chatted for 4 hrs and enjoyed myself. I've made many of friends here. If you have never been here then you need to stop in, play there slots 5 stars, have some drinks 5 stars order some food 5 stars. Thank you every one.“
