You can go to a steakhouse and order a burger and fries for the same price and food will be fresh. The food I recieved was old. A microwaved burger is bad enough, but microwaved fries are horrible. I get trying to save money, but your saving money is killing your business, costing you more than your saving!

Got a banana split from there went to get my money back bc the banana was way to hard on my teeth. Worst service ever. Dude had an attitude with me saying it was a dumb complain. Never ever will I go back there!

If you increase your prices at least have the courtesy to update those price increases on the drive up menu! $7.15 for a small blizzard is highway robbery. I doubt I'll go back.

I have been dissatisfied multiple times with the same issue m, I ordered the 6 piece chicken strips and I was given 4 and a breading scrap. For the money this is completely unacceptable. I tried giving them multiple chances but they keep up the bad habits and see nothing wrong with what they are doing. I’m tired of being skimped out of food that I paid for.

We had a very disappointing visit here & left without eating anything. We came with friends & they had DQ coupons that they received in the mail (they live in Waterloo). The employee refused to accept the main offer listed in the ad. We asked why & that employee went back to ask the manager (who was there in his office). The manager told the employee not to accept the offer. We asked to speak to the manager about this. He wouldn't come out to talk to us so we left & had a great meal at Burger King instead. We strongly recommend Burger King over Dairy Queen!

Stopped in today and wont return. Received a cheeseburger with no meat. When I took it back the woman looked at me like I was lying so I had to open the bun and show her and then she just said it happens sometimes. It took 5 minutes to be remade with meat. The hot fudge and peanut butter on our sundaes has changed and its gross. The staff was rude to customers. The new owners have ensured we will not return to this DQ.

Food was cold. Soda machine out of a lot of sodas. Some staff were not useful. Not the first time we have had bad service/experience at this Dairy Queen. Definitely not likely to be back.
Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathrooms . Very strong urine odor in the men’s bathroom.Water leaking out of the soda machine on the floor. Told staff. They said it has been leaking for a while.Ice machine was broke.Advertising of blizzard specials but they no longer had. .

Took my daughter to this DQ today. She under two so we still cut up hotdogs and such for her. When I took the hotdog out notice mold on the bread. Informed the staff who replaced the hotdog for my daughter. Staff were friendly however the restroom were in awful sight to the eyes with flys zooming back and forth. Floors were also super sloppy throughout. Would have give 1 start but giving 2 do to the staff being nice.

Terrible service. Went inside because there were 3 cars in the drive up. No one inside. Ordered. Waited and waited. Finally after 5 cars went through the drive up, I asked again where my two blizzards were. Oh we put them right there on the side counter. I told him I didn’t know that and he could have told me. There is just a bunch of kids running the place and not so good. Our blizzards weren’t even thick. Bad service and bad product!!

This place is a joke. Literally the worst Dairy Queen I've been to. I was here 3-4 weeks ago and thought the 30 minute wait was a one time thing, but tried it again today to wait 35 minutes. Today, I had 3 different workers ask me what I ordered when I got to the window. Both times, all my food was cold and disappointing. I should have just drove to Columbia's Dairy Queen, which is always great and fast. Not coming back here. What a waste of time and money.

Went at around 1pm for food in restaurant bunch of kids working. We waited 25 minutes and had to ask for our food. Never gave us fries for our meals and my burgers were ice cold. When I asked for a manager they sent some young kid up that stood and stared at me. I asked for a number to call and he walked away. When I asked for the fries we didn't get they told me someone said we got them so we couldn't get them. After being there 40 minutes we left because I was mad and plan to call when an actual manager is there. Worst service I've ever gotten there. Sadly about 4 others that had waited 30 plus minutes for their food too.
